The EU keep punishing Kosovo while appeasing Serbia. Serbia clearly support Russia and engage in destabilising activities. Kosovo is far better in EU standards than Serbia is. Sanctions must be lifted otherwise it shows Serbia that it can continue what is doing without consequences.
