This moment from the final episode of The Acolyte isn’t just one of the best scenes in that entire series, but rather one of the most deeply foreboding conversations in all of Star Wars. Senator Rayencourt’s monologue to Vernestra about his perception of the Jedi Order and their lack of transparency is so haunting knowing what will eventually happen by the time of the Prequel Trilogy. Absolutely brilliant writing. Forever wish that this series had the opportunity to continue expanding upon these concepts.

This was without question, one of the most iconic and most memorable moments to ever happen in Dragon Ball, especially with the rollercoaster of a ride that the Buu Saga had taken us all on, having to watch Goku annihilate and put an end to Kid Buu the way he did will always and forever be such a satisfyingly amazing moment in Dragon Ball Z. And they left it all on the table and gave it everything that they had to ensure that Buu was stopped FOR GOOD this time.

Studios wanted the script but didn’t want Stallone starring in it. He turned down the money anyway because he believed in the vision and refused to let someone else play Rocky. He bet everything on himself and did whatever it took to make the movie happen. Go make it happen
