☘️New Celitc Coach | Wilfried Nancy Attacking Ideas (VIDEO) Some interesting concepts explained; ▪️Ball-oriented overloads → Create strong overloads close to the ball with patient short passes possession to create; - Numerical Advantage + a free player between lines ▪️Space over Position → Players move dynamically within the overload zone to identify the free space between lines → Same applies for the ball-far players providing diagonality position '' as close position as needed '' → From the diagonal position they can accelerate the attacks or again find the free player between the lines ▪️Manipulate opponent defensive structure → As explained in the video the idea is to attract and move opponent heavy towards the ball as many times as needed until opponent cannot solve the situation fast or properly 📽️ Created with Metrica PlayBase | Metrica Sports

Lots happening in this clip?… Key takeaways though… We need to let players spend more time on the ball. Too much focus on overloaded practices, rondos and positional play inevitably leads to quick play and Group possession focus type outcomes. Also when do you let your players practice moving at full speed with the ball? This is where ball Mastery comes in and 1v1, 2v2 & 3v3 practices. I say the players I work with all the time. You should be able to move as quickly with the ball as you do without it, but unfortunately most Team sessions the ⚽️becomes like a hot potato.

West Bengal: After a fire incident, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation carried out a bulldozer action in the Tiljala area, declaring a building belonging to a Muslim family as illegal. The entire matter is that a fire broke out in a building in the Tiljala area of Kolkata, in which 2 people died and 3 people were seriously burnt. The investigation stated that work was being carried out there illegally without an approved building plan, and basic rules of fire safety and electrical safety were not followed. Based on this report, the state administration declared the structure illegal and ordered its demolition. Along with this, the owner and another person were also arrested.
