The Becker Schools in Minnesota released a statement about the incident where a teacher politically berated one of her students for not agreeing with her political gaslighting. Thankfully, the incident was filmed so it wouldn’t become a ‘he said/she said’ situation that the school system would sweep under the...

Would you want to be a teacher on your staff as a principal? I have often asked teachers, would you want to be a learner in your own classroom, but the question above for administrators could be even more critical. If we do not support those closest to students every day in an effective manner, it is much harder for things to improve in schools. If we want learning to look different in classrooms, then leadership must also evolve. This doesn’t mean that everything done in the past has been wrong. Some things that mattered 50 years ago will matter now, both in learning and leadership. But replicating everything that was done in the past, whether it was effective or not, isn’t a great strategy for moving schools forward. I was blessed to learn from some amazing principals in my career, but I also learned about things that I hated as a teacher and swore that I would do my best not to replicate those strategies. I wrote this in my upcoming book co-authored with Allyson Apsey (Allyson Apsey) titled, “What Makes a Great Principal”: “If we do things in our schools and classrooms that were done hundreds of years ago that still work today, we should continue to do them. On the other hand, if we do new stuff just because it is new, but it doesn’t work, we shouldn’t be doing it. Whatever works for our community is where our focus should be, no matter when it originated.” What worked in the past? What would you change? What would you have wanted as a teacher, and how can you make that happen? Simply replicating the strategies of the past, whether good or bad, will not necessarily lead education to a better future. Innovation is crucial to leadership as much as it is to teaching and learning.

Stafford School Board Furry Gaymers Against Trump demand sexual and gender identity be respected! continuing on with highlighting policy 2420-p in STAFFORD COUNTY SCHOOLS and how it states that no student can have their gender or sexual identity ignored, and also that the students with whatever gender/sexual identity can have equal access to programs, activities, services or benefits (this includes bathrooms) so yes, right now, legally according to Stafford's own policy manual - it states that boys can use girls bathrooms, locker rooms, and other spaces. if you talk to a teacher (off record of course, if they answer this on record they will be fired) - that when a teacher sees a boy going in a girls bathroom, they cannot even ask the student anything. they cannot stop them or impede them in any way, or they will get fired. the superintendent and board members will try to hide behind legalese and say 'that isnt happening' in stafford schools, yet many parents are posting online and confirming that it is happening in the schools. Furthermore, to really highlight the absurdity of this policy, there are FURRIES and TRANIMALS (furries are just trans animals, i call them tranimals) in the classrooms in ALL levels of schools in stafford (including elementary). since the policy says you cannot discriminate, there are students that are meowing, barking, hissing, even attempting to bite at other students, and the teachers are not allowed to do anything. Many school board members are ON RECORD saying they 'do not care what a student wears as long as they are in school'. which reinforces my previous point - that schools will lose funding if students are not in school. they only care about the money, not the quality of education your child is getting. So I dressed up as a FURRY TRANIMAL to highlight how hypocritical these people are. within 2 SECONDS of my speech, you can hear the board chair, Maureen Siegmund, saying that i had to act like a human otherwise i had to leave (because i was crawling on all 4's). why can she and teachers NOT say that SAME EXACT SENTENCE TO STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOLS??? the fact that the other school board member, Dr. Elizabeth Warner, was rolling her eyes when i asked for kitty litter boxes in bathrooms to respect the FURRY TRANIMAL gender and sexual identities, shows what a hypocrite she is. SHE IS THE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER THAT HELPED WRITE A BRIEF BY AN LGBTQ+ ADVOCACY GROUP (Equality Virginia) TO MAKE SURE A TEACHER THAT USED THE "WRONG PRONOUNS" WOULD NOT GET HIS JOB BACK. how can she not respect MY sexual/gender identity as a FURRY TRANIMAL and not respect my ME-OW pronouns? then you have the superintendent, Daniel W Smith, Ed.D that makes public statements pretending like this isnt happening in stafford schools, when it is and parents are constantly making complaints about this. I have called out stafford and told them that they are going to cost themselves about $40 million in federal funding for not complying with trumps executive order to respect title IX. they do not care. they will pay their attorneys 300 to 500 an hour to make up policy to allow them to keep this current iteration of 2420-p on 8-26 when i went to the school board meeting, they voted to NOT CHANGE anything in 2420-p. they reviewed the policy (behind closed doors) and decided its perfectly fine (even though it goes against trumps executive order) call out these people. they are all hypocrites and frauds.

"Today, we can see the futility of the political route and the bankruptcy of the political system writ large." "Scotland is annexed, a dominion under the English crown. And it is the English crown, not the fictional UK crown, that we're all told about. "Not a partner, not of any kind. In fact, the whole partnership story is a concoction fashioned to convince the world that Scots are part of a joint state and to disguise the fact that Scotland is, in reality, nothing other than a colony. "It's not a partner in a marriage, but a kidnap victim. And you do not escape from a kidnapper by filing for divorce from a fictional marriage. "Second, even if it were possible to break free through a referendum or an election, or to propose any other route that would be approved as lawful by the kidnapping state, the political system in Scotland would not guarantee any of the things that sing in our bones as Scots. We dream of justice, compassion, equality, prosperity and care for all without preference or privilege. "But what we have is an english system of concentrated power and privilege, which those Scots who enjoy it will not give up easily. Where the government sits in authority over the people, and the people surrender their hopes, their ambitions and their human and civil rights to the whims of their elected representatives. Where all that we hold dear, all that we depend on for decency, fairness and security, depends on the honor, honesty and good faith of those elected. "Because once it is elected, we have no means of curbing, challenging or preventing anything a government may choose to do, whether or not that's lawful, just, rational or humane. "Today, we can see the futility of the political route and the bankruptcy of the political system writ large. Our helplessness in the face of the state marching side by side with destitution and despair. "This is why liberation was born. Because the route to the Scotland we dream of neither can nor will come through the present political system, but through the restoration of the political, territorial and judicial rights, the constitutional provisions that belong to the people of this nation, in law and in justice, even under the terms of this fraudulent union, and certainly under international law. "They mean that we, the people, are sovereign, in fact, not in sound bite, the ultimate authority of this nation of Scotland. "They mean that the interests of the people, collectively known as the common good, are not only the primary purpose of government, but the only condition on which it's permitted to exist. "They mean that we are entitled to overrule, remove or replace a government that violates that condition of its existence, that fails to honour its promises, to consult the people or to act according to their wishes and welfare. "And in the modern world, that means the right to all the mechanisms that we see in a nation like Switzerland, which will make that sovereign power a reality. "All this is part of what we call decolonization, true Scottish self determination. And it is the soul and purpose of liberation Scotland. "Impossible? Other nations have trodden the path to decolonisation. Not one has bowed to the kidnapper and asked for permission. "We know now that we can gain our independence as a state by first gaining independence from a colonizing power. So that instead of waiting to reclaim real sovereignty of the people after independence, we gain our independence by first reclaiming our sovereign Scottish rights. "The next step on this road is establishing the committee of the Scottish Liberation Movement. This committee will be elected from the membership of Liberation and will operate under a ratified constitution. "And it will register Scotland's Liberation Movement with the United Nations." Rosie with Danielle Smith on the separatists... you don't see her get this confrontational with other premiers, Carney or Liberal MPs. Look at Barton's aggressive body language cutting in while Smith is answering... Smith "I just feel like it's my job to allow for a bit of a pressure release valve. If people feel this way, they need an avenue to be able to express it." Rosie " That seems risky to me, particularly at a time when there are real threats to our sovereignty that are coming from the outside." Inserting her opinion has become commonplace Smith "If this is an acute issue that we're facing because of the last 10 years of being treated so badly by Trudeau, if there is a new government, there's sort of a recognition of whether or not he's moving in the right direction." "The person who's leading the petition campaign is a gun shop owner, and he has a federal government that has made him a criminal for part of his inventory that he holds, made his customers criminals with just the stroke of a pen. And those are the kind of things that are unnecessary when we have so much we can agree on." "There's a whole series of things that the Trudeau Liberals did that went not only against our economy, but also against our values and way of life." "I said I believe in a sovereign Alberta within a united Canada federal government that stays in its areas. Jurisdiction that honors and respects our areas of jurisdiction, treats us with respect, allows us to develop our wealth so that we can all benefit." "I actually, I do believe the citizen initiative is a mechanism for people to address things that we as a government would not put on the table." Danielle Smith Brodie Fenlon
