You need to watch this too

feeling sharp and focused while giving your digestion a break.

I once did 10 days water fasting (and I actually had black coffee too admittedly). It was a very spiritual experience, very difficult to explain. You just think with such clairty like never before. My sense of smell went super sensitive, I could tell exactly what my neighbors were having for dinner each night. This is unusual since my sense of smell isn't great. It was very hard to do basic things though, I remembering just standing in the shower was like running a marathon. For those wondering, I lost 15lb / 7kg. Most of it came back though so I don't recommend doing it for weight loss. It was like I pressed the reset button on my body, I just felt unreal. I wish I did some blood work before and after. (I'm not a doctor so DYOR obv)

Fasting can benefit our body in several ways: 1. Weight Loss: Fasting helps reduce calorie intake and boosts fat burning. 2. Improved Metabolism: It enhances insulin sensitivity and stabilizes blood sugar levels. 3. Cellular Repair: Promotes autophagy, where cells clean out damaged parts. 4. Reduced Inflammation: Lowers inflammation, which can prevent chronic diseases. 5. Heart Health: Improves blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides. 6. Brain Health: Increases production of brain-supporting hormones and reduces the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. 7. Hormone Balance: Boosts fat-burning hormones and human growth hormone (HGH). 8. Detoxification: Gives the digestive system a break, aiding in toxin elimination. 9. Mental Clarity: Many experience improved focus and concentration.

Fasting cures cancer

Autophagy is from a word that means "self-eating," and is a natural process when fasting that involves breaking down unneeded or damaged components within a cell and reusing them as the building blocks for cellular repair or the formation of new cells.

If everything had a video like this I think I would be a doctor
