I just know how much better I feel from fasting. Really don't care about the positive or negative studies. It's been a life enhancer for me both mentally & physically.

Intermittent fasting is just common sense. All you're doing is skipping breakfast and possibly lunch. If we existed as wild animals would we be eating breakfast at all? Doubtful. We're the only animal on earth that eats on a schedule because we no longer have to hunt.

Side effects? More like side GAINS! While u beta males worry about "effects," I'm out here fasting for 48hrs straight doing muscle-ups. Ur stomach growling? That's just weakness leaving ur body. Get on my level or stay hungry forever

Most people don’t surf for 3 hours every morning and/or at their preferred body fat. It depends on the individual and their situation and goals.

Great information. Very insightful and I like the challenge in thinking. I think for people who are metabolically healthy, at their goal weight and BF%, who eat a proper human diet this video could be true. For those of us still getting there, intermittently fasting and doing a 72 hr water fast every few months has really helped me break through plateaus and or get me back on track when my results aren't optimal due to my bad decisions.
