My babies routine is 5am wake up, 5.15 meditation, 530 prayer, 6am cold plunge, 7am hyrox circuit, 8am steak, whey protein, eggs, bone marrow, raw liver (while sunning balls). Bro just graduated college at 2 years old. Incredible!

I have 2 kids. 3 and 1. They both ate steak as their first food and bone marrow. Then eggs and Greek yogurt. Starting at 6 months they suck the juices out which is all they need by 8 months they are swallowing chunks of meat and eggs

How do babies eat meat without teeth?

Yes. Babies thrive on eggs, meat, dairy, and fish - these are powerhouse foods for body and brain development.

How is a child under a year eating red meat without teeth?

Historically, humans ate 70-90% meat and 10-30% plants throughout the Pleistocene. Feeding babies meat is great but I hope that people are not pushing strict carnivore onto babies.

okay paul when are you having a kid

In Colombia, some people give new borns extremely well cooked beef and potatoes when it becomes a mushy paste and with bone broth. The babies look gigantic and walking early among other things.

Did this with our baby. Eggs every day and gave her meat as soon as she could chew. She’s 2 and a half and literally ran non stop for 3/4 of a mile to the park yesterday. I’ve never seen a kid that can run so long and rock climb.

If you are serious about this diet, as I was for my toddler. Please be serious about gut microbiome monitoring. The concept is that you feed them this, and the microbes start to enjoy it. They get used to it. They evolve to offgas it. Etc. but we don’t have the same microbes as our parents or grandparents cause of antibiotics and poisons. So yes. I endorse this diet but it’s not a “let’s dive in without considering personalized factors.

We did this too. We have early walkers and talkers. Not sure if its the diet or the environment. We also live multigenerationally and they interact with all ages daily but family only. They are secure and well nourished.

I feel like this is BS.. If this is how it works out for your kids, then great, more power to you… But every single one of my kids… Meat was very much an acquired taste, and they did not like it. Eggs are different, and often chicken, but only in chicken nugget type form, were they willing to try it, but it took the longest to get them liking beef or ham. Of course they love the processed crap first, they loved baloney, and I know I’m not the only mother that had this issue!

Saladino, pal, tell me you don't have kids without telling me you don't have kids. GTFO you joke.

Bro, you obviously never had a kid. Try getting some kids to eat anything lol. If you figure that out let me know.

Can vouch. Both my boys are absolutely monsters for any type of meat or fish… always have been since they started eating When they do get chance to eat more processed meats like children’s parties they turn their noses up

One of the first foods I gave my baby was egg yolk with grated liver. The egg yolk was cooked for 3 mins and the liver was frozen, which melted in the warm egg. Learned about it in the cookbook Nourishing Traditions.

Followed this with our youngest. All carnivore. She’s 1 year and not walking… but the timelines don’t associate with the health.

My son has been meat, veggies, grass fed butter, shrimp, lobster - he eats whatever we eat. Hes in the 99% for height. Hit all milestones earlier. Doctor said he had best hemoglobin levels he had ever seen. He eats carbs & snacks too

Bro idk about chunky food if they can't chew. What you think adults got teeth for? If food wasnt ment to be chewed then adults wouldnt grow teeth bro. It's logic bro, use it. If they develop better on animal food maybe it should be grinded/paste. But chunks.. bro

Ohh boy! He's terrible with his facts. There's great saying "You are what you eat."!

Yeah we tried giving my 7 month old steak and eggs and she refuses.

It is VARIETY that humans need. Animal products like meat/ eggs plus lots of colorful plants that are NOT fruit (way too much sugar). East meat plus a wide variety of vegetables, legumes, etc

My 3 and half was meat her first food and she was saying 15 words by 10 months olds. Now my 6 months old about start eating this week and he start on meat stock then we give him bones for teething.

@RBAlphabiotics Wrong! I puked on hamburger and roast! God it was nasty.

YESSS this is what they should be eating!

Never been to a doctor?! @paulsaladinomd how can you use your MD as an authority flex and simultaneously flex that your child has never been to a doctor?

"Look at that baby, he's just digging into a Tomahawk" He said while watching an AI generated video. What an insane time to be alive.

Dude is watching AI babies eating meat and wowing over it 😭

Grain-fed meat and farmed fish is genuinely unhealthy. We are what we eat, and our food is what it eats. When cattle are fed grains, their milk and fat becomes Omega-6 heavy, causing inflammation and heart disease in those who consume it. Grass-fed beef and dairy is healthy.

This is dangerous, after 6months you can start solids slowly and yes can introduce all those things with supervision and monitoring for choking etc, you can’t just randomly start like this video says. All those foods are fantastic

That's how I feed my babies

All my 2 year old will eat is ground beef, sausage and bacon!

@_GiveWhat_

They also love candies and junk food, doesn’t mean it is good for them

Horrifically stupid idea. Completely fucks the microbiome.
