📖THE STEP MOST CREATORS SKIP IS WHY THEIR AI ANIMATION LOOKS INCONSISTENT Consistency across clips doesn't come from prompting — it comes from the reference image. The pipeline, step by step: ▪ Start with ChatGPT Image 2 — generate a full character design sheet first, not just a single frame. Multiple angles, expressions, and outfit variations in one image keeps the character consistent across every scene ▪ Build a storyboard inside ChatGPT Image 2 as well — define each shot, camera angle, action, and mood before touching Seedance at all. This is the step most people skip and it's the reason clips look disconnected ▪ Define a color palette and lighting mood early — golden afternoon light, soft warm tones, dramatic shadows. Lock those values and repeat them across every prompt ▪ Take each storyboard frame into Seedance 2.0 as the reference image — one frame becomes one clip ▪ Write the Seedance prompt around the character action, not the scene description. The scene is already in the image. The prompt handles motion, camera behavior, and timing ▪ Keep clip duration between 4-6 seconds per shot — shorter clips give more control over pacing and reduce motion drift on character faces ▪ Match camera movement type across consecutive clips — if one shot dollies in, the next should hold or pull back, not dolly again The consistency across these frames comes from the character design sheet, not from luck. Seedance reads the reference image and the prompt together — if the reference is detailed enough, the output stays on-model. STEPS: - Write a simple 10-15 second story idea. - Use ChatGPT to convert the story into a professional director-level storyboard with strict continuity between every frame. - Generate the storyboard images. - Upload the completed storyboard back into ChatGPT. - Ask ChatGPT to analyze the storyboard and convert every panel into a single cinematic Seedance 2.0 video prompt - Upload the storyboard + generated video prompt to Seedance 2.0. - Generate the final film-quality animated sequence. The biggest improvement came from treating the storyboard as the source of truth and having AI act like a film director rather than a prompt writer.

Create a short film like this in just 1 minute with GPT Image 2.0 + Seedance 2.0. GPT Image 2.0 can naturally combine multiple photos into one single image, while Seedance 2.0 can use that image as a reference to automatically separate the scenes, generate a coherent video sequence, and add suitable background music. This workflow greatly improves the overall creative efficiency. When using this method, simply provide the merged image as a reference for Seedance 2.0 and briefly describe each scene with a simple prompt. This can significantly increase the success rate of the final video. All of the above was created on GPT Image Prompt: Seedance Prompt:

The AI video stack is leveling up. is integrating Seedance 2.0 and this isn’t just a feature update. It’s a workflow shift. Seedance 2.0 isn’t about flashy one-off clips. It’s about controllable cinematic systems: - Consistent characters across scenes - Fluid camera choreography - Realistic lighting physics - Emotion-driven motion curves - Story-aware scene transitions Translation? You move from “prompt and pray” to structured AI filmmaking. For creators and brands, this compresses the entire production pipeline: Concept → Previs → Animation → Polished Output All inside one ecosystem. Lower friction. Higher narrative control. Faster iteration loops. The barrier to cinematic storytelling just dropped, hard. If you care about leverage in content creation, pay attention. This integration changes the playing field. I think this is one of the quickest AI video workflows out there right now. One automotive storyboard image with shot notes, made with ChatGPT Image 2. Fed it into Seedance 2.0 with a short prompt. ---- It's a fan work made wit AI. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or commissioned by Audi. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

One trick we discovered for avoiding realistic face moderation issues in Seedance 2.0 is using character turnaround sheets (front / side / back views). The first video is one of our experiment results — and it runs successfully. We’ve now integrated character turnarounds directly into our workflow + canvas system: 1. If your artwork was generated on our site, you can drag the image into the canvas directly from the Assets tab 2. Click the “Character Turnaround” button above the image to automatically generate a 3-view turnaround sheet 3. Create a new video node and use the turnaround sheet directly with Seedance 2.0 inside the workflow I’ve shared the workflow link in the comments if you want to explore the exact prompts, setup, and workflow details.

Beauty ads just changed forever. Free Claude Opus 4.8 + GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 workflow to spin up 100s of video ads. No studio, no model, no macro lens, no shoot day. Here's what nobody in beauty marketing wants to say out loud. That glossy lip shot. The droplet hitting the surface in slow motion. The whip-pan into the next scene. The crystalline product splash. All the stuff that used to need a real set, a real camera op, and a full shoot day. You can generate every frame of it from a text prompt now, and stitch it into a finished ad before your coffee goes cold. The workflow is almost stupidly simple: → Tell Claude Opus 4.8 the beauty shot you want (dewy skin macro, gloss-on-lips contact, ripple transition, the works) → Claude turns it into a shot-by-shot storyboard plus a prompt for every frame → GPT Image 2 generates the photoreal stills, frame by frame → Seedance 2.0 animates each one into a clip with that buttery slow-mo glide → You drop the clips into HeyOz and assemble the full ad in one place The real unlock is volume. This isn't one hero video. Once the workflow is dialed, you spin up hundreds of variations. Different shades, different models, different hooks, different transitions. The exact creative volume Meta rewards, minus the production cost that used to make it impossible. Old way: one shoot, one look, $10k+, weeks of waiting. New way: a hundred angles, any look, a few dollars each, same afternoon. I wrote up the entire workflow. The Claude storyboard prompt, the GPT Image 2 frame prompts, the Seedance motion settings, the full assembly flow. Completely free, no email gate. Want it? Comment "GLOSS" and I'll send it straight over. (make sure you're following so it can actually reach you)

Been playing with a different approach to AI commercials. Turns out GPT-6 Astra + Dreamina Seedance 2.5 is an actual pipeline. Instead of asking AI to generate the final video in one shot, I broke the process into stages: 1. Photo → Clay: GPT-6 Astra + Blender 2. Clay → Motion: Seedance 2. 5 3. Motion → Live Action: Dreamina The clay stage gives you a much clearer visual foundation, while Seedance handles the movement before Dreamina brings the shot back to a realistic finish. Feels much closer to an actual production workflow. #Dreamina #DreaminaPartner

Seedance 2.0 + Claude Code is f*cking insane 🤯 I built a Claude skill that creates UGC ads on demand. One product + one prompt = the AI creator, the script, the scene-by-scene shot list, and the finished video. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who can't afford to keep paying $500-$1,500 per UGC video and waiting 2 weeks for revisions. This skill eliminates the entire loop: → Tell Claude the product, ad angle, and length → Skill writes the GPT Image 2.0 prompt to generate the AI creator from scratch → Skill writes every scene prompt, dialogue line, and delivery direction → Pipes it into Seedance 2.0 with character + product + voice locked → Speed up + caption in CapCut → Ship the ad in 20 minutes No more paying $11 per video on Arcads. No more 2-week revision cycles. No more PR boxes to creators who ghost you. What you get: → Perfect character consistency across every scene → Voice consistency that holds clip-to-clip → Real product fidelity using your actual product photo as a reference → Multi-scene day-in-life, testimonial, and action-shot formats out of the box Built 100% with a Claude skill + Seedance 2.0. I recorded a full step-by-step tutorial showing the exact workflow so you can build these AI UGC ads yourself. Want the full breakdown? > Like this post > Comment "UGC" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Seedance 2.0 from China will be the SOTA This is AI We are cooked. • Native multi-shot storytelling from a single prompt (no more stitching scenes) • Phoneme-level lip-sync in 8+ languages • 30% faster generation than v1 via RayFlow optimization • 1080p cinematic quality, maintains motion consistency across shots • Audio-video joint generation = no separate audio pipeline • Multi-shot coherence = you could generate a full short film scene in one prompt

I just dropped myself into a Taylor Swift-style music video without writing a single prompt, timeline, or storyboard. I uploaded one photo and the song. That's it. Atlabs AI took over from there: • Built the character sheet • Planned the scenes • Generated the prompts • Synced every cut to the beat • Delivered a finished edit Most AI video tools promise automation, but the tradeoff is usually creative control. This was the opposite. The agents handled the production work while I focused on direction. Every scene, transition, framing choice, and creative decision stayed in my hands. When the edit was ready, I could jump in, swap shots, rework sequences, change the mood, and fine-tune the story. It felt less like using a tool and more like working with an AI production crew. We're moving beyond prompting. The next wave is directing autonomous creative workflows that understand the music, build the narrative, and still leave the final call to you. Character: ChatGPT Image Video: Seedance This is the most fun I've had making a music video in a long time.

This feels less like ""AI image generation"" and more like actually directing a shot. Turns out GPT-6 Astra + Dreamina Seedance 2.5 is an actual pipeline. I started with a real photo and used GPT-6 Astra + Blender to recreate it as a clay-style scene. Then I used Seedance 2. 5 to figure out the movement and camera motion. The last step happens in Dreamina - turning that clay animation into a live-action result. The separation of structure → motion → final look is what makes this workflow interesting. #Dreamina #DreaminaPartner

This AI just turned me into a film director… No editing skills. No timeline headaches. Just one prompt. This is Seedance 2.0 🎬 You can literally combine: → Text → Images → Videos → Audio And it understands everything. Even crazier? You can control it like this: Image → character Video → camera movement audio1 → music/voice It doesn’t just generate clips… It builds full cinematic scenes with: → Consistent characters → Smooth transitions → Realistic motion → Built-in lip sync Basically… From a single prompt → you get a multi-shot story. Not AI video. AI filmmaking. Go try it before everyone catches on 👇

I think people are still underestimating how important the 3D layer could become in AI video. The problem with complex AI shots has never just been image quality. It’s spatial consistency, camera direction and knowing where everything is supposed to be. GPT-6 Astra can map the scene and keep camera + character paths within the Viewport, giving the shot a spatial structure before generation. I then manually move that scene into CapCut PC and use Seedance 2.5 to render it. From there, CapCut PC becomes the actual editing environment. That feels less like “AI generated a video” and more like a production pipeline worth experimenting with. #CapCutPC #GPT6Astra #AIVideo #Seedance25

This looks like a mid-five-figure luxury campaign shoot, but I actually just put it together for about $0.02 per second using Pippit and the new Seedance 2.0 Mini model. Most marketing teams treat every asset like a massive production task, which is why they run out of budget so fast. I’ve been testing the Marketing Shortcuts on Pippit to see if I could skip the studio entirely and go straight to a Narrative Ad format. The reason Seedance 2.0 Mini is actually useful here is the speed. It lets you take one product shot and turn it into a story-driven ad in a few seconds. This kind of Narrative Ad usually takes weeks to produce, but this workflow makes it easier to test different plots and iterate without the usual production headaches. It’s basically moving from a text prompt to publishable content without needing the massive budget. There is a limited-time deal running right now if you want to try the workflow yourself. #PippitAI #Seedancemini #PippitPartner #AIads Pippitofficial

Here's how to get 100% consistent product ads from one seedance 2.0 generation. I did it all in a single chat using the Comfy MCP. The real control here comes from calling my existing workflows (shared below) instead of the agent improvising a pipeline. I directed the agent to call my ComfyUI workflow for cinematic product ads. I specified the close-up shot of the sprite animating, the bezel turn flipping the screen, the display changing to the time 10:04. Now for the consistent variations. The driving video does the heavy lifting but you need to get it right → depthanything v3 pass blended with canny edge lines to show the fine detail... it's why the tiny debossed logo is there → the initial sprite outline lived in those edge lines too, and every gen kept inheriting it. claude suggested a sam3 mask over the screen to hide it (s/o the agent) → with the screen masked, the new star sprite is just prompting: one gpt-image-2 still to generate a reference, one extra line in the seedance 2.0 prompt, and it animates oh and the whole process is a claude skill now.

There’s a weird paradox in AI video right now: The more ambitious the shot, the less you want the model improvising everything. For a simple clip, “describe → generate” can be enough. But for a complex scene, it helps to define the world first. That’s the idea behind the GPT-6 Astra workflow I’ve been testing: build the 3D scene, establish spatial relationships, and define the camera and character paths in the Viewport. Then, manually bring everything into CapCut PC. Seedance 2.5 handles the video rendering, while CapCut PC takes the result through post-production. Spatial control before generation. Creative control after it. #CapCutPC #GPT6Astra #AIVideo #Seedance25

i just generated this AI UGC creative for a teeth whitening product in 10 minutes in Higgsfield (you can now generate in 1080p)... here's my workflow: > deploy a research agent to find UGC style videos that promote products like the one you wanna make a creative for > use gemini 2.5 flash to analyze the creative & get a detailed analysis of each scene (get it to add a placeholder for each image reference in your prompt) > use GPT-image 2 in Higgsfield to extract a frame from each cut-scene & use it as a reference for your generation in the prompt wherever there's a placeholder > send the prompt + all the references to Higgsfields video generator & select Seedance 2.5, then generate it > once you have a finished product, take it to a video editor & add captions / cuts / zooms / music
