This is tragic and it's what you get when you tell women they're a 10 just the way they are. Guys won't tell you what's wrong, they just respond to what you are. If you're not working to be what they want (in this case you need to lose weight) they see you as recreational use only. Both sides are selfish. Your choices tell them you're not working to be what they want so they just look to get what they want. You can be as careful as you want, raise your standards as much as you want, but if you don't work to be what men want, you won't get what you want. It's as simple as that. Be what the other sex wants and you'll get what you want. Be delusional and you'll keep getting bad results. Our society has forgotten how to be giving. That's what this really is. Selfish vs selfless. Being selfless takes work and self control.

They’ll wonder what could possibly be challenging about it. But do you know what kind of mental state it takes to push something that weighs twice as much as you do? Do you know what that person might be going through in life? What this means to them? You don’t, otherwise you wouldn’t be asking that question.

Vitamin D - a supplement most people are told is healthy to take. But what if I told you that what is in these capsules is NOTHING to do with what your body naturally produces? An irradiated chemical slop mix that is sold as a sun replacement... however they are not at all equivalent to the compouds that are released in the body. I personally do not believe that these Frankenstein substances are essential for the body to be healthy. Here’s a newsflash: the more intricate an exercise, the less transfer it probably has to what you’re actually doing to be successful as an athlete. This isn’t ALWAYS the case, but it usually is Bottom line? Focus on results and what matters and can be most quantified. What gets your sprint speeds to improve? What improves your power output measured by reliable tools? What helps you avoid non contact injuries best? THAT is what matters!
