But by saying this publicly, Rt.Hon.Dr.Moses Wetang'ula has reminded the nation why William Samoei Ruto, PhD will never get the SOFTWARE of governance right. Employment is now a factor of cronyism, favouritism and nepotism, all micromanaged by Ruto from State House. What then is the work of state agencies like TSC, which are mandated to advertise and fill these vacancies? Do they simply receive lists from State House?

🤔Is Oscar Sudi, William Ruto’s “Political Engineer”, the Real Deputy President? To understand Oscar Sudi, is to understand his “creator” William Ruto. While Kipchumba Murkomen is preoccupied with watching pornography and scoring own-goals, and Kithure Kindiki keeps squeaking his farcical attempts at trying to appear of any consequence in the Mt. Kenya region, Oscar Sudi is busy, very busy getting shit done for Wiliam Ruto. Oscar Sudi is a powerful, loyal and effective William Ruto creation. Goon: historically and in traditional slang, it means a hired thug, a heavy-handed enforcer for a criminal boss, or a clumsy, foolish person. Oscar Sudi at different times presents as having all the attributes of a “goon”. We’ve been trying to understand this man, Oscar Sudi. Why is he such a prominent feature of the Ruto Regime? What are his skills, how does he think and what does he contribute to the people of Kapseret whom he is supposed to represent in Parliament. The August 1st, 2024, Obinna Show interview gives tremendous insight into this man Oscar Sudi. It is a very tedious watch and so we have tried to put together excerpts which capture the fascinating thinking of one of William Ruto’s most telling creations. For this, William Ruto has rewarded him with a lot of ill-gotten riches and power. The two are now mutually entwined and mutually obligated. We have very little doubt in our minds that Sudi is a murderer. He kind of has the mentality of a 'child soldier'. (Watch "Beasts of No Nation" on Netflix to get an insight into the world of child soldiers.) Sudi’s only compass seems to be directed by William Ruto, whom he idolizes. During the pretty shocking interview on the Obina Show, Oscar Sudi expressed his deep admiration for William Ruto. He also lashed out when asked what he’d do to anyone who would steal from Kapseret CDF resources. Throughout the interview, hints of a simmering viciousness were evident, but this particular issue triggered him. Our reading of the moment is as follows. In Oscar Sudi’s mind, anything William Ruto orders is okay. Anything William Ruto does not order is fair game. And whereas we are almost certain he has been involved in graft, in Sudi’s mind, graft is only bad when someone outside William Ruto’s approved list does it. We strongly suspect that Oscar Sudi was very involved on the ground during the genocidal Post Election Violence of 2007 - 2008. Most of us accept that William Ruto was not on the ground, wielding crude weapons and burning people in churches and homes, but certainly he had trusted goons on the ground coordinating and doing the actual work of stealing, murdering and destroying. It was not done by ghosts. Real people did the real crimes while Ruto was in Nairobi, vigorously arguing against the Kibaki Regime’s undemocratic electoral crimes. One of the most dangerous things, is an ill-equipped person, in a position of power, who has little to no moral foundation and no respect for others. Oscar Sudi is beginning to really imagine that he is the “Engineer” who can “panga panga” things for William Ruto. But consider the video clip in which he rudely forces his way between William and Rachel Ruto, pushing Rachel Ruto aside in the process, in a very self-absorbed officious manner. The behaviour seemed to be part of Oscar’s bid to “show his value and importance” by getting to the stage first and requesting the microphone for his mentor William Ruto. In Oscar Sudi’s mind he is being “helpful”, he is being “the man”, he is being “visible and powerful”. (Especially as he seeks to capitalise on the opportunity that the absence of Farouk Kibet affords. No doubt Oscar Sudi believes, as he has said before, that he can do both Farouk’s and Murkomen’s work more ‘effectively’.) Wananchi Watukufu. Ni mbayaaaa! People like Oscar Sudi are wielding power in the Ruto Administration. This is an unbelievably BAD situation. Oscar Sudi can be understood as something of an uneducated version of William Ruto, or for you older folks, a more primitive version of Idi Amin. The Ruto Organization, not the Ruto government, we mean the REAL Ruto Organization that actually makes decisions and runs things is grotesquely criminal and crude. Kenya has no Ebola case of its own; the unit would hold US nationals exposed to the virus in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. If Ruto is going to be ousted in 2027, we will elect the new President for the same reason we elected Ruto in 2022. Edwin Sifuna is now telling us to ignore and be blind to the questionable leadership character of Gachagua , Fred Matiangi the abductor and all these old cabal of leaders, and only concentrate on ousting the president. That is no different from the dangerous mentality that made consumed Mount Kenya voters excuse a man who burnt their people in a church , ICC Charges , fraud and corruption associated with William Ruto simply because they were deeply consumed by the desire to politically punish Raila and Uhuru. The moment you raise these legitimate concerns, the Linda Mwananchi team brands you as an agent sent to derail their movement, instead of substantively addressing the issue being raised. YOUNG PEOPLE, STAND ON YOUR PRINCIPLE ! Systemic change cannot emerge from the same recycled political elite who have been the architects and beneficiaries of this failed system.

RUTO ICC CASE IN THE MAKING Will war-criminal William Ruto survive this time round? We’ve been wondering why human rights organizations like KHRC and NGO’s in Kenya are so silent about William Samoei Ruto, PhD’s genocide. Speculation is rife that they’ve been all compromised. But as they say, space abhors a vacuum. And thus, Kenyans in diaspora have taken the initiative to file a case at the Int'l Criminal Court against Ruto’s continued use of DCI KENYA killer squads led by Mohammed Amin and Michael Sang. There are fears that Ruto’s former ICC lawyer now ICC prosecutor Karim A. A. Khan KC may scuttle the process but Kenyans remain determined to see this case through. And thus, Kenyans in diaspora have taken the initiative to file a case at the Int'l Criminal Court against Ruto’s continued use of DCI KENYA killer squads led by Mohammed Amin and Michael Sang. There are fears that Ruto’s former ICC lawyer now ICC prosecutor Karim A. A. Khan KC may scuttle the process but Kenyans remain determined to see this case through. President William Ruto became president when Kenya was facing a myriad of challenges, including debts, unemployment, and huge pending bills! So, why is President William Ruto taxing and borrowing at the same time? Well, let's all agree that all the external loans that were taken in the 10 years of Uhuru Kenyatta started to fall due in 2023, right? Kenya is currently using almost 60% of its revenue towards the repayment of interest on loans and loan installments. Where does this leave Ruto's administration? With only 40% to manage both the recurrent and development budgets, can 40% fund even a recurrent budget alone? The answer is no. What does Ruto do? He has to borrow in order to manage both recurrent and development budgets.

India has dictatorship, Modi is dictator sure !! The country US which you consider epitome of democracy will shoot you and open your body, before you even think of hitting a policeman. But yes India has spineless politicians who will throw these policemen/RAF under the bus without a proper gear and allow people to lynch them to death. Some idiots will openly share policemen’s home address direct a mob to target policemen at their home and still they are able to tweet after that. This is dictatorship!!

Jimi Wanjigi: Why would I work with William Ruto? Is he solving our problems? He is not. Are Kalonzo and Matiang’i talking about this agenda? I have not heard their agenda.
