The Broad Jump. Train it. It is that simple. I use it as a major "engine builder."

I teach high school auto shop and here is an old ignition trainer that I use. It is the old point style ignition and I still use it because the theory is still the same. It used points, which is a simple switch to make or break current to a high voltage coil. Newer electronic systems do the same only they use solid state components instead of a mechanical switch. Students always struggle trying to understand that the spark happens when the power is removed from the coil not when power is applied..

The reason GPT-6 Astra feels like true AGI is that it finally nailed computer use. The way it uses advanced software like After Effects, Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Logic Pro is just insane. A lot of labs tried but OpenAI are the ones who made it.

Is it the game devs that don't know how to use unreal engine 5, or the engine is just unfixable with its temporal smears? this is "epic" preset with ray tracing on and no upscaling.

Jump–Jump–Stick! One of my favorite plyometrics for pro athletes is the Triple Broad Jump is a teaching tool disguised as a power test that transfers directly to the 40-yard dash. It trains athletes to push the turf back, project the hips, and repeat horizontal force with rhythm and posture - just like the first 10 yards of the 40. The 40 isn’t one big push; it’s repeated projections. If you can’t link power for three jumps, it’ll show up on the clock. Train power you can repeat. 💥
