What makes Travis Kelce so great. He once ran a 4.60 and jumped 10'4 (ELITE Speed and Explosion) at his size. That was what we trained for, that is what we got. We then trained "XPE Game Speed" with the help of Anquan Boldin. We learned how to USE that speed.

This is for HS Coaches directed at COLLEGE COACHES AND "RECRUITERS." I am not trying to "big time" anyone. But if you want to find someone who has trained HS kids, the best NFL Combine Performances, and NFL Superstars and HEAR THE TRUTH. Here. It. Is. Knowledge>Ignorance.

It is happening!!! Came out better than I could imagine. We can go crazy in the programming after input from our coaches. We will have a Gear 1 (FORCE), Gear 2 (Heavy Accel), Gear 3 (Light Accel), and Gear 4 (MaxV on G Unit)) to track along with 10 constant resistance loads.

Just starting our deload last week and had guys proactive using the ground and the air. Still time to go harder and go for 11-12 yards. Peaking starts tomorrow.

This drill is performed by one of the best route runners in the NFL. Ran a legit 4.5 Laser at Indy (faster than people thought, credit to GRoGL SHREDmill). But this IS NOT ONLY a Wr drill. Imagine every field sport athlete being able to do this (our court sport).
