The only way to "control" your nervous system is through your breath. If you don't know about RPR, Breath Work and the Parasympathetic Nervous System... you should definitely look into it. I was skeptical until I met Uncle Tony Holler (@pntrack) and Chris Korfist (@korfist) back in 2017. It comes from the work of Track & Field and it applies to any athlete who has to perform under extreme stress. Offensive Lineman are elite athletes and should be trained like it!

Grounding, breathing, hand-eye coordination, RPR, prioritizing the nervous system. It doesn’t get any better than that.💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾
