Let’s hope the editors of the Lancet watch this and other plenary sessions before they scream from their podium about the sensible reviews of USAID , WHO and NIH funding. Journals and their Editors should stick to EBM and be balanced.

In March 2021, the NIH began treating Brianne Dressen and 22 other severely COVID vaccine-injured individuals. They were seeing some results. Patients were slightly improving. And then those 23 people were told to stay silent and wait, that the agency would release a study so that other injured people could receive the same treatment. That study was never released. The patients were treated, some with some success, and then quietly abandoned. Other injured people who needed that treatment never found out it was possible. Brianne Dressen recorded her Zoom calls with Peter Marks. In December 2022, while the NIH had already been treating these patients for over a year, Marks was telling people on camera there was no safety signal, that stories about thousands of deaths were false, that adverse events were "generally rare and mild." He knew these patients existed. His agency was treating them. He went on camera and told the public otherwise.

A complaint I hear often is that the study is too small - that there aren’t enough children in the unvaccinated group. For contrast, the Hepatitis-B vaccine that we give newborns only had 147 children in it, with no control and no placebo. They were monitored for 5 days. So, a 5-day safety study with 147 children was good enough for the Hep-B approval, but a study with twenty thousand kids, two thousand of which were unvaccinated, followed for multiple years, is not?
