As a mature adult, we should make a decision when we face two or more options. Before we make decision, we can spend some time to question it and do a lot of research. But after we make decision, we must try our best to work on our goal and contribute to it. If we feel it is not going as we expected or we don't want to study how to improve it. We can make a decision to stop it instead of complaining. Because complaining cannot resolve anything. It will bring a lot of negative energy in our body. If we spread our complaint to the community or to put family or our colleagues , we can only let them feel we are very weak who always need attention and we are not a good person to cooperate or get along. When we in Pi Network, complaint cannot help but probably bring bad luck. If we don't like it, we have an option to quit it. But if we don't want to quit we should study and catch up! Community don't need a negative voice. Community need pioneers who knows what is appreciation and actively participate to empower Pi Network! Look at the following four videos. Y'all forgot what Wadu said here. " Be careful Everybody wants to speak, everybody wants to be coach" No matter what we say or play the blame game, we lost. It's only a 3rd loss in the league. We knew the game was gonna be difficult coz we were not playing against Magesi. As painful as it is, we need to move on. We still have games to win. We won't lose against Chiefs, the rest I guarantee we'll win them. All is not lost Mabhakaniya 🤍

AMERICA DOESN’T NEED A U-TURN. We finally have a country talking about borders, energy, strength, jobs, law and order, and putting Americans first again. That’s the direction we should keep moving! Nobody in their right mind watches America regain its backbone and decides the answer is bigger government, more control, more dependency, and a hard turn toward socialism or communism. We don’t need to flip the script. We need to stay the course, keep building, keep winning, and never hand this country back to people who want to tear down what made it great.

If anyone tells you that you need to cut out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again ⁠⁠ I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too:⁠ ⁠ -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule⁠ ⁠ -We build meals around foods we enjoy⁠ If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after ⁠ -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves⁠ -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term ⁠ - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food⁠ ⁠ Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat ⁠ Being inconsistent and over eating is what did ⁠ If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”…⁠ ⁠ You’ll never stay lean ⁠ Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough ⁠ But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life…⁠ ⁠ You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as well
