I didn't watch the full interview, but I don't see anything wrong with @HEBobiwine's responses here. He simply spoke like the normal citizen he is, not an economist with financial models designed by sensible people for a rogue society. For the ordinary Ugandan, it's not about the policies, certainly 60%+ have no idea what policies are. They simply want working systems. Good submissions!
