The Clark County Sheriff's Office in Washington state has released the tragic body camera footage showing the moments leading to an officer stabbing a suspect to death while in custody on May 7. The deceased man, Marc Fogle, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Fogle was a... commercial driver who believed his life would be over with a DUI record. After "I'm a dead man" and "it's just you and me in this room" the cop should have called backup in and they should have restrained this guy. I don't think the officer in this video should be punished but he missed some red flags and I doubt he'll make the same mistake again.
