Chris Finch said he thinks it's a joke that Rudy Gobert was not even named as a finalist for Defensive Player of the Year this season. Gobert was asked after the game if that snub gave him more juice in tonight's game. "No extra juice. I know who I am. Not the first time I get disrespected, probably not the last. Recently, the football world received some devastating news. Chris Johnson — the man we all know as CJ2K — has been diagnosed with ALS. Before we dive into that, let’s retrace our steps a little bit. In March of 2015, a vehicle occupied by Chris Johnson stopped at a red light. A 2nd vehicle rolled up beside them and opened fire, filling Chris's vehicle with holes. The driver was killed in the shooting, while Chris was hit in the arm. But the shot was more serious than a typical flesh wound. There was severe nerve damage. It was so bad that Chris thought his career might be over. “I was contemplating retirement,” he said. “Knowing if I can't use this hand, I can’t play football no more. “So much pain. My hand was so f----d up. I couldn’t touch nothing. I couldn’t use nothing.” Chris eventually regained use of his hand and rushed for 814 yards in just 11 games. He’d play a few more seasons after this, and then he'd retire after a total of 10 seasons in the NFL. During that time, he made an All-Pro, 3 Pro Bowls, and led the NFL in rushing yards with his legendary 2000-yard season. He broke and still holds the yards-from-scrimmage record, and he also had 500 rec yards that year. In retirement Chris was enjoying his family, his kids, and his wife. Lifting up his daughter to blow out candles on her birthday cake, and working out and staying in solid dad shape. And after a lifetime of watching film, he’d taken an interest in scouting. So 2 years ago Chris had it all going for his post-football career. Taking care of the family and even looking into a second career. But then something changed. In 2025, Chris had a flashback. But not of his time on the field. "I first noticed weakness in my right hand," he said. "At first, it was little things like my grip didn't feel right and I wasn't as strong as I've always been." After a series of tests, a doctor told Chris that medication may extend his life but just by a few months. Then he gave advice that no one ever wants to hear from a doctor. He told Chris that he and his wife should get their affairs in order. ALS is a degenerative neurological disorder that shuts your body down piece by piece, eventually leading to complete paralysis, and as of now no cure has been found. In a cruel twist of fate, the fastest running back to ever play the position has developed one of the fastest-moving cases of ALS, as it typically takes 2-5 years to spread, but has left Chris almost completely paralyzed just one year after he noticed his first symptom. "It's continued to progress much faster than I ever imagined. I want people to understand just how quickly ALS can attack your body," he said. "Just over a year ago, I was picking up my 7-year-old daughter so she'd make a wish with her birthday cake. Today, I couldn't do that." "I can't even hold a cup if I try, and that's despite being diagnosed relatively early and doing everything we can, including participating in multiple experimental treatments," Chris Johnson said. Chris was once the most free man on any football field. Now he’ll likely be restricted inside his own body for the rest of his life, and that's gotta be so hard. Still, he's making these appearances and wanting to help others now and in the future of this disease.

My wife and I, both Israeli, have been avid fans of Coldplay for two decades, traveling around the world to see them in concert several times. That’s why this slip up by Chris Martin at Wembley Stadium is especially hurtful. When two young Israeli fans joined him on stage Chris says “I’m treating you as equal humans on earth, regardless of where you come from.” And “Although it’s controversial maybe, I also want to welcome people in the audience from Palestine.” Chris, you’ve always seemed to be a kind, loving person that used music to bring people together. This was a tactless misstep that further tears people apart and deeply hurts some of your most loyal fans. I hope you can take a quiet moment to look back at your choice of words and realize they came from a place of growing prejudice against Israeli people that have been drawn into a war they never asked for. Yesterday, I had the honor of documenting my good friend Chris Hall in Rolling Fork, Mississippi doing what he does best helping communities all across the U.S. after disaster strikes. Over 75 pizzas from Domino’s, 600 slices to be exact, 100 meals from Waffle House, and so much more were handed out to those in need after the most significant ice storm to ever hit the region left thousands without power for days. What made this story even more special is the personal connection myself, and Chris both have to Rolling Fork after spending weeks here following the 2023 tornado. For me, being back brought mixed emotions. Grateful to help but heartbroken to see a community I grew so close to struck by hardship once again. Please show Chris some love in the comments for his outstanding work helping communities like RF get back on their feet. I know this is a long video, but Rolling Fork needs their voices heard. I spoke with multiple residents who feel they were forgotten as attention and resources were directed toward Oxford and elsewhere, and I stand behind them. Aside from the hard working linemen in town, I saw nobody helping except the locals. Lastly, Rolling Fork, as I said three years ago, you will always be in my heart. If you ever need anything, we are here for you ❤️

After having an amazing stream tonight, it sucks that I have to bring attention to the Elephant that was dropped off in the room this morning. With Tofu Chris needing take a break from socials, due to unwarranted backlash, I felt as if this was my breaking point with a problem I've seen going since chapter 5. The hyper-fixation of negativity in the Fortnite space is something that has not just been wearing on me, but my small little slice of the community as well. I love Fortnite, the devs that work on it, the content creators I've met, and the many lifelong friends this game has given me, but there is clearly a huge issue with the community consuming drama. I gave my full thoughts on the state of the Fortnite community today in my newest longform. I don't hate anyone in this community, or wish harm on any person, but that lack of respect for others who are just trying to help and make things better from creators to devs, make it difficult for me to want to be as involved in the Fortnite space as I once was. Congrats to EloShapes.com on their launch! On a similar note, is out of beta and available to the public. A lot of you have been asking me what my plan is now that EloShapes is also doing 3D scans... the answer is: nothing changed! I think that competition is good. I'm a mouse nerd and a LONG TIME EloShapes user, so the more options I get as a user, the better. I really think that my vision and EloShapes, though, is fundamentally different. I've had the domain for FMM for years, I have a much larger platform in mind compared to what I built so far. The 3D scans are the necessary step for my vision, not the end goal: they never were. I am also very proud of the fact that I've been able to scan at least 5 mice in full color EVERY DAY with my own pipeline, and I think I will easily have almost full coverage of the mice people would want on the website within months. Check the video for the mice I've added in just the last few days, all textured. Apart from some of the features I've mentioned before (like the virtual hand/grip), FMM is meant to be kind of a "MyAnimeList" for mice, so that you can share your profile, like this: and then later on leverage this curated list of mice you build for yourself to be shown even more mice you might like. FMM is also a tool for reviewers and anyone that wants to share their opinions on mice. Links like this: allow you to easily share your specific points about a mouse via the annotations, viewpoint sharing and measurements. And of course, as I've said since the beginning, I will use FMM to centralize all my hard testing about sensors, dpi, and such, so that you'll be able to find EVERYTHING about a mouse, including the raw results of my standardized sensor implementation testing. As a young man in my early twenties, I’m unsure if I would have made the same decision as Michael Jordan…but what I do know is that these kind of sliding door moments are all around us every day… In different flavours and in varying degrees of influence…but they really are all around us. This can be as small as choosing to get up a little earlier, completing that bit of work that needs finishing rather than stopping, or reading those extra few pages to learn a little more (rather than skipping over them). Or it can be bigger moments - summoning up the courage to have that conversation that can make a difference to your career (rather than being passive from fear), or owning up to a mistake that has been costly to the people around you (rather than ignoring it and damaging relationships at a later time). I write all of this not because I’m some kind of machine that gets these moments right. I write this not because I’m someone who makes great decisions all the time and walks through the right door often. On the contrary, I regularly miss the door or walk with carefree abandon through the wrong one. I write this as a reminder to myself. Those sliding door moments are all around us. Athena talked to us about her rivalry with Asuka and said she would like to have one more match with her. “Oh, man. Like Asuka is one of those people, that’s a forever rival for me. Like when we were back on the indies, we actually ended up wrestling at Shimmer Women’s Wrestling. That’s where we met. We had one of the hardest hitting matches I think I’ve had in my career then, and then fast forward to WWE NXT for the NXT Women’s Championship. Asuka is my yin to my yang. I really hope she’s not stepping away. I’ve actually been trying to get a hold of her because I lost a whole bunch of people’s numbers when I switched my phone and everything. But man, talk about someone who’s just the epitome of what legendary status is or what a living legend is. I, to some extent, don’t feel like people really understand how much she’s done for wrestling as a whole. Like from grinding on the indies to being like an independent contractor in Japan to getting signed to WWE. Not only that, like just excelling in WWE in every form and facet from match to match, but never changing who she was as a person, a character. I couldn’t be more proud, more happy for her. I hate her in that same breath, of course. I also feel like I have to have one more match eventually and hope that this isn’t it. This isn’t the long goodbye, if you will. But like, Asuka’s one of those people that I wouldn’t be who I am as a performer, as an athlete, if she wasn’t in my life. If she wasn’t on the opposite side of the ring. I don’t think I would have gotten anything really if I didn’t have that experience with her."

🐶the Song by Back Then that I had filmed will be up soon! i hope our b-sides can become more well known too…with the hope that even if just a little for more people can get to know our group’s songs, it was rearranged and i tried singing it..i think you’re really going to like it…the mood, the arrangements , they all came together really nicely, the arrangement is really clean and i think it turned out well, as compared to the original,i tried to make some changes without taking away from the original song’s mood… 🐶 it probably won’t be much longer until Back Then gets uploaded…this is also my first time rearranging one of our group’s songs like this and singing it by myself on Song by, but since it’s being released in an Unveil format, it might feel slightly different from the usual kind of content
