The 'Coach Driver' mission from GTA LCS May 2005 prototype is fully usable and coded like a GTA III mission - because of this, it ports to that game 1-to-1. In GTA III, we can play through it exactly how it was in that prototype. It's pretty glitchy, but playable.

Hot Take: This is exactly what is wrong in Rockstar Game’s mission design. During this section in GTA V; I got stuck my vehicle between some rocks and I was trying to get it out As soon as I managed to get un-stuck, the Rockstar’s hand holding mechanism kicked in and the game decided it was a mission failed, prompting me to retry the mission. I don’t think these unnecessary mission failed screens should appear so often, especially in GTA VI. This is somewhat of an exaggeration but you get the point, sometimes just trying to take a different route or approach during a mission will get you the mission failed screen Recent Rockstar Games are rated M (GTA 6 too probably), so I don’t understand why Rockstar likes to treat gamers who play these games like children. Anyone with a logical brain will know that they’re stuck so they can pause the screen to restart from a checkpoint or destroy the vehicle to get the mission failed screen. I really hope that GTA VI offers more freedom for players when it comes to approaching missions and situation like these ones.

In GTA San Andreas, CJ can’t start certain missions if he’s too fat, and a unique cutscene will play where a character mocks him and tells him to lose weight to be able to start the mission. The weight gain/loss mechanic is rumored to return in GTA 6. It will be interesting to see how it affects gameplay, missions and dialogue in the game.

Sharing one cool Rockstar game detail every day until GTA 6 releases: 41 days left. A detail in GTA 4 that never made it into 5 or RDR2 is that you can pick up various pieces of trash such as cans and food bags that NPCs drop and use as weapons, you can also use bricks as well! I hope this detail makes it into GTA 6 as it adds a bit of interactivity to the world that was sorely missing in GTA 5.

THIS IS F*CKING UNFAIR opus 5.5 put Minecraft inside GTA 5, and then it got worse they did not copy Minecraft into the game. they wired in the part of Minecraft that loads content WHAT THAT MEANS → you install a mod in Minecraft the normal way, in its own folder → it shows up in GTA 5, standing in the street, lit by the city's own lights → nobody touches GTA for any of it WHY IT WORKS → the bridge sits under the content instead of beside it. Hot take, but I’ve always felt Vice City is easily the worst GTA. I’ve never fully understood the hype around it. Don’t get me wrong the atmosphere is amazing, the 80s vibe is iconic, and the soundtrack is one of the best in the series. Tommy and Ken are great characters too. But once past that, the game itself doesn’t hold up as well for me. The map feels small and empty, especially compared to San Andreas, and even GTA 3 felt bigger in some ways. Driving around and exploring isn’t that fun, which is a huge part of what makes GTA games enjoyable. The missions are where it really loses me. Many feel repetitive or straight-up frustrating, especially early on. The RC helicopter mission inside the building is a perfect example more annoying than fun. It often feels like the game is just throwing obstacles at you instead of offering natural progression. To me, it’s always felt more like a quick follow-up to GTA 3 than a fully evolved entry, leaning heavily on style over substance. It has its moments, but compared to the other GTA games, it just doesn’t hit the same.

I've recently installed GTA Vice City next-gen edition and I'm shocked to see how a group of modders are able to re-create an almost 1:1 copy of GTA Vice City in GTA IV. These cutscenes are in-game, with mocap and facial animations, this game is also objectively better than the launch of GTA VC Definitive Edition. The guys behind this are incredibly talented

Something I noticed in the Extended Look is that pretty much all the cutscenes are filmed in a handheld-style. GTA 5 had a mix per character, whereas with GTA 6 it appears to be primarily handheld, with it being more shaky/erratic in more tense situations. [1/4]

Watching Rockstar Games show a huge amount of interiors and enterable stores in that GTA VI Extended Look was insane. As most of us already know, GTA V doesn't have that many enterable stores or interiors due to the stuff they had to cut back when they developed this game for PS3 consoles. GTA VI is not only going to be bigger in map size compared to GTA V, but in depth too.
