The 59th Separate Assault Brigade of Unmanned Systems named after Yakiv Handziuk. I received a report on the situation within the brigade's area of responsibility, the use of unmanned systems, electronic warfare equipment, and robotic complexes produced by the brigade itself. I presented state awards on the occasion of Ukraine’s Constitution Day to Ukrainian men and women who work for our state. First and foremost, to our military: I personally presented the Orders of the Golden Star to the Heroes of Ukraine, and also handed awards to the families of the fallen who, tragically, were awarded this title posthumously. I also presented awards to Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko; the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine Epiphanius; our multi-time champion Liudmyla Luzan; war correspondent Andriy Tsaplienko; and the first responders and a police officer who saved the Dormition Cathedral after the Russian strike. I thank everyone who, through their work, words, faith, and actions, supports Ukraine and our people. Everyone who, in their place, helps build a free and strong state. A state that is fighting today for its freedom and independence. And it will certainly preserve them.

Today, I received reports from the head of the Security Service of Ukraine and law enforcement officials. Commander Syrskyi reported on the situation at the front lines, including the Donetsk directions, Kharkiv region, the south, the border areas, and the Kursk region. Today marks 32 years of the SSU’s Center of Special Operations “Alpha,” and I am grateful to you for strengthening the Center, the Security Service of Ukraine, and our entire state every year. I presented state awards to the warriors of the SSU’s Center of Special Operations “Alpha” and handed over an award to the family of a fallen Hero who was honored with this title posthumously. Over the years of our full-scale defense, the Security Service of Ukraine has become one of the world’s strongest security services: a truly combat-capable service. And a major part of this achievement is the result of Alpha’s work. I thank every Alpha warrior for your service! I thank everyone who supports you and helps you. 95 of our people are home again. These are the warriors who defended Mariupol and "Azovstal," as well as the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Kherson regions. Each time Ukraine rescues its people from Russian captivity, we bring closer the day when freedom will be returned to all those still held in Russian captivity. I thank the team involved in finding and liberating prisoners. We are doing everything to bring back all of our people held by Russia. I am grateful to the warriors who replenish the exchange fund and to all our partners who help us. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Today, I met here with service members carrying out tasks to liberate the temporarily occupied territory of the Dnipro region, and presented them with state awards. Among them are foreign volunteers who are defending Ukraine. We discussed with the warriors the operational situation along the line of defense and ways to strengthen our positions: additional funding for combat battalions, supplies, and drones of various types – UAVs and UGVs. In recent months, the effectiveness of our mid-range strikes has significantly increased, so it is important that our forces have sufficient means for strikes in operational depth. We will also explore ways to support this direction. Thank you for your strength, resilience, and for defending our state.
