Nolan, who suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI), was arrested for felony resisting an officer without violence and driving without a license after allegedly refusing to provide ID and physically resisting. Bodycam footage shows Lane escalating the stop, handcuffing Nolan, and lecturing his wife about integrity and law compliance. The case was dismissed by November 7, 2024, though reasons remain unclear due to sealed records. Watched the whole thing. Officer giving rapid fire instructions…. Way too fast to be followed….. Much less recalled accurately by anyone…. Gets all persnickety when person being manhandled is trying to explain…. “He touched me so he has to go to jail” Shameful arrest.😡

I support cops mostly, this officer blatantly escalated a situation and baited this guy. If we get rid of cops like this, more people would respect cops in general.
