After many rejections and a long excruciating wait of years , my brother finally had a Lung Transplant thanks to Dr Balakrishnan and his team at MGM, Chennai. The recovery will yet take time and it’s a long journey ahead. So the journey continues. Pl pray for him for a healthy recovery! I have decided to contribute meaningfully to the cause of Organ Donation.. Spoke at IIM Ahmedabad at the MOHAN Foundation which has been working for the last three decades to save lives . Respect for Dr Shroff who started it all . Organ Donation can save up to 8 lives . Isn’t it great to LIVE through others beyond your life !

Most teachers in this country are regularly observed as part of their professional development. Two thirds of teachers do not think this has made a difference to their actual practice. Teachers do not understand the feedback they receive. They do not agree with the feedback they receive. They do not feel willing or capable to implement the feedback they receive. These things are facts, and they are both worrying and upsetting. And none of this is a secret. We all know it, we've all experienced it. When we asked Carousel Teaching users what topics they wanted us to make courses on, the most common response was "how to observe lessons and give feedback." Ben Rice and I are now MAD EXCITED to announce our How To Observe a Lesson and Give Feedback course. It's mega. We filmed a bunch of lessons, and we also filmed me observing those lessons. We deconstruct the science of observations, and the art of giving feedback. It's pretty damn innovative, and we're confident it will help teachers and leaders get better at these critical skills. I´m experimenting with using ultrasonic surface waves on the trackpad of the laptop project to enable multi-touch haptic feedback. This should make it possible to generate haptic feedback under individual fingers for multi-touch gestures. Elmer FEM software is a really helpful tool to model the interface between the piezo elements and the coverglass as well as the wave propagation. Best of all it is open-source 😁
