So, we need a national platform for "the people" to be consulted. After process yapwa "The people" reject it. E.g ba @musamwenye rejected Bill 10, a product of a National dialogue forum. Mwati kuliko "national process" which will ever get 100% agreement from "The People"?

Apa seems there is no going back even if people are complaining about the process. Everything is left to the consciousness of the members of parliament and the legacy they want to leave.
