Nigeria is a comic relief. A defendant wilfully -delayed his own trial, -asked for another judge, -jumped bail, -re-started the matter, -delayed prosecution again, -won on some grounds at the court appeal (not all the grounds) until the supreme court overruled the victory, -delayed prosecution again until prosecution concluded its case after most of the damning evidences against the defendant had been discountenanced and quashed by the court in the defendant’s favour. -filed no case submission but LOST and asked to open his defense. -ran to the street to protest for an unconditional release. He’s not even counting his blessings that he wasn’t convicted for jumping bail, serve his time and then come out to resume his originating prosecution. He’s a lucky man. He should have been arraigned before a gun-diplomatic judge.

I can't believe what I just watched. This is a man who spoke absolutely what is really going on. The same people that will say we are not following the laws are the same people asking the President to interfere in a judicial proceeding. Big respect to this man.

I think you just arrived from Jupiter otherwise, you wouldn't been making this uninformed or rather ill-conceived anti free Nnamdi Kanu protest. Before you start to speak for the federal government, tell them first that "he who comes to equity must come with clean hands." The demand for protesting is never in anyway asking the federal government to interfere with the judiciary but rather, for the federal government to obey the same judiciary, that have on many occasions found Nnamdi Kanu not wanting of any crime. And even in some instances, awarded payment of money to Nnamdi Kanu against the federal government of Nigeria. So oga or SAN Maduabuchi, who's your master or do you have 🌽🌽🌽 in your pocket? You can never twist the truth therefore, you cannot twist the narratives with your biased verdict.

Criminal charges are instituted by the executive thru its Attorney-General who btw has the power of nolle. The judicial branch adjudicates charges brought before them by the executive. It has no independent power over without criminal prosecution without the executive.
