His Excellency congratulated the retiring officers for their dedicated service and contribution to Uganda’s defence and security, commending them for upholding discipline, patriotism, integrity and commitment to duty.

However, there are some reasons that explain this: 1. It is true that President Kagame exploits and impoverishes his citizens, as Charles #Murigande once said. 2. The #wealthy #people in Rwanda who used to create jobs that helped develop the country and provided employment for citizens have been #killed one by one, and their property has been taken by President Kagame. Those who were not killed have been persecuted and forced to #flee the country. 3. The nation’s wealth is not distributed fairly among the people. These are the problems in Rwanda.
