Czech ammunition initiative now has enough resources to provide ammunition on a monthly basis to Ukraine until September, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský announced. Jan Lipavský said this initiative decreased the efficiency of Russian artillery "by 500%" and the ratio "from 1:10 [in favor of the Russian army] to 1:2." He also added that last year, Chech Republic delivered 1.5 million rounds of ammunition to Ukraine. The Minister was in Lviv region en route to Kyiv when Russia launched the Oreshnik strike. Petr Macinka stated it is time for Russia to make concessions, as Ukraine was willing to make "significant concessions" in the peace negotiations, and it has "a strong interest in peace."
