Damn, that hit hard. For some reason, describing a friend's death in that way really helps drive home what it will mean. On an unrelated note, Brennan's wedding ring is very pretty!
That 3 bullets talk is similar to what my mom said about alcohol & family history.
similarly (but not as cool narratively) when i learned one side of my family has a long history of alcoholism and many are dead from it i thought "hm maybe i should not do that"
That’s also how my mom had the drug talk with me!
