Yeah that impulse which comes after seeing the consequences of your bad decision is most difficult to deal with. It makes you feel angry, weak and helpless but sometime it gets you so angry for a split second that you do something you end up regretting later.

Well I blew both accounts. Then I went directly to 2 other accounts that were only a few dollars from passing and blew those 2. The thoughts of how much of a piece of shit I am flooded my mind. Everyone in the house was asleep yet war was going on in my head

Its almost impossible to explain this to any non-trader. Trading is a fight against your mind and your hard wired human instincts. You've literally got to defeat 300,000 years of human evolution to be successful. And you have to do it EVERY DAY. Its the toughest job I've ever done, and I used to be a Royal Marines Commando.
