Add some Smith Machine Bulgarians into your leg day Little bit easier to maintain stability if that’s always been an issue for ya on Bulgarians I wrap a pair of lifting straps around shoulder width on the bar to simulate as if I’m doing a safety bar making it easier on the shoulders Blows the quads, hammies, and glutes up Helps to build up knee strength over time Fuck dude, there’s so many benefits to this exercise I could go on forever DBAP and start doing these if ya wanna develop your legs better
