Excruciating interview, Heidi Alexander filibustering for the Olympics. Appalling, never mentioned £2 cap only applicable to England, gave the impression it was the whole country. Plus the funding was fiscally illiterate. £400m was going to be a grant but now going to be loan BUT that money is not available. It will only become available if the developing country pays back but that will be a small sum at a time & maybe never. Hence the £400m is not truly available another unfunded announcement
