Today in Parliament, Home Minister Amit Shah introduced three crucial bills— 1. Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2025 2. Constitution (130th Amendment) Bill, 2025 3. Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2025 Their purpose is clear—no corrupt leader should be allowed to run a government from jail. Constitutional morality does not allow corrupt leaders to run governments from jail. But Congress is opposing them. Remember 1975, when Indira Gandhi pushed through the 39th Constitutional Amendment to protect herself and her corrupt ministers from the judiciary. Today, PM Narendra Modi Ji’s ( Narendra Modi) government says—In this country, government cannot be run from prison. Yet Congress in 2025 is repeating the same as 1975. Even the Supreme Court 2013 (Lily Thomas case) case had ruled that any MP or MLA convicted for two years or more loses membership immediately. The core of our Constitution is morality—and that is exactly what these bills seek to uphold: No corrupt politician can govern from behind bars. #ConstitutionalAmendmentBill
