You are comparing apples with oranges here, the top one looks much more cartoonish and I would have picked this style over the bottom one.

It goes beyond just the style. The quality of the landmarks, the composition, the way the landscape is filled. One did the job, in its style understandably, the other one somehow took the time to care about aesthetics and to turn it into a visual spectacle. At least that's how I see it!

If you make something cartoonish then the depth of detail doesn't matter as much anymore, you can't say one understood u better cause you weren't specific enough.

Fair comment but the fact that both models produced vastly different outcome in style hints at a very vague detail lacking prompt :) they just picked whatever style they thought you want with whatever level of detail you want
