However, I’ve noticed that most men often see “women being more emotional than logical” as weakness.
They kinda treat emotions as invalid and are quick to dismiss them. Whereas, logic and emotions are meant to complement each other side by side. 
In truth, you shouldn’t be all round logical, you’d be too cold and disconnected. And you also shouldn’t be all round emotional, you’d be prone to making poor judgments, decisions that could cause havoc later. Women are not void of logic, and men are not void of emotions. Science even shows that both men and women process emotion and reasoning using overlapping areas of the brain…the difference is often in expression, not capacity. Emotions give context to logic, logic gives direction to emotions. One without the other is incomplete. 
Even logical people need EQ to make sound, human decisions.

Don't agree. The purpose of the creation is for woman to complement man, not being in the opposite direction as what he said. Both man and woman think and feel. It is up to individual choice to choose the decision making path they want to go with.
