Urdu was actually developed by Mughal-Afgan-Turkic kings in the subcontinent during their ruling. Paki's native languages must be Ponjobi or Sindhi not Urdu. Jinno couldn't speak Urdu properly and his native language was Gujrati. He adopted Urdu just like he adopted English.
