The United States also uses short wave to convey messages in code… They’re very easy to find just like this Russian one is if you have a radio that can receive it because it’s usually a very weak signal in North America if you can get it at all

‼️ Russia’s “"Doomsday Radio Station" is broadcasting Shaman and Swan Lake. Either a hack or a scary message... The song "I am Russian" by Shaman began playing on Doomsday’s airwaves, followed by "Swan Lake" and the USSR anthem. This is probably a hack. However, users have suggested that this is a signal "to those who need it" for more strikes with "Oreshnik" (or even something stronger). "Buzzer" began broadcasting back in the Soviet era, in the 1970s. It is believed that its signal came from the Moscow, Pskov, and Leningrad regions at different times. The purpose of UVB-76 is still unknown, but it is often called one of the elements of the "Perimeter" system - a complex for the automated launch of nuclear missiles in the event of war. According to one version, if the Buzzer's signal is interrupted, Perimeter will launch a retaliatory nuclear strike on the alleged enemy (that's why it is called the "Doomsday Radio Station"). According to other assumptions, the radio station broadcasts secret messages, including to confirm the readiness of operators at receiving stations. There is, however, another version - supposedly this is an old communication method used by Russian intelligence. They say that in "peacetime" the radio station makes normal noise, but when sounds break through, these are encrypted messages for Russian spies abroad. The last time UVB-76 was "broken into" was at the end of January 2022. Then unknown persons broadcast the soundtrack from the game "Touhou Project" and the track "Bad Apple" for a couple of hours. And you know what happened then...” - Baza Telegram Channel

‼️🇷🇺🏴‍☠ «Boom, boom, boom we're shooting at the Kievites» — a whole concert has started on the radio station "Day of Judgment" ▪️On the Russian radio station "Day of Judgment", after Russia's threat to strike at Kiev in response to an attack on Putin's residence, unusual melodies started playing. ▪️For example, a song based on "The Bremen Musicians", with the lyrics: "There's nothing better in the world than to hit Kiev with a missile", "Summer and crossbows", "Boom, boom, boom we're shooting at the Kievites", "We'll return Donbass to the Russian people", as well as children's songs adapted for military purposes. ▪️"Swan Lake" was also playing. Among the compositions — a song about a nuclear strike. ▪️The radio station UVB-76, known as the "Buzzing Station" or the "Day of Judgment Radio Station", has been broadcasting since the 1970s on the frequency of 4625 kHz, most of the time broadcasting a repeating buzzing signal (marker), interrupted by rare voice code messages in Russian. Sometimes they also play music there. ▪️The name "Day of Judgment" is associated with information that this radio station is allegedly linked to Russia's nuclear system "Perimeter". ▪️In December 2024, the song "I'm Russian" by SHAMAN, the anthem of the USSR, and a fragment of "Swan Lake" were played on UVB-76. ▪️There are suggestions that the station's broadcast has been hacked.
