RT calling it “Doomsday Radio” instead of “The Buzzer” tells you all you need to know — this is psychological ops, not strategy. If it were truly part of a classified retaliation mechanism, they wouldn’t be announcing it on Twitter. Also, UVB-76 has been transmitting voice messages multiple times per year for ages. This isn’t new.
