The driver is either drunk or sleeping while driving 😒😒

I give up in Africa, the driver might be suffering a heart attack or stroke, no one tried to help, especially when it was slowing down. Save lives not videos.

Fatigue,texting,sleepy,traumatic condition,depressed,suicidal but this one looks drunk

Instead of taking a video they could've tried to help even by hooting non stop to wake the driver up.

Could it be a medical condition? I would become sober instantly after just one crash if I was drunk.

Don’t drink and drive Don’t drive when tired or sleepy Some people just don’t listen. It’s not only their lives at risk but also other road users and even innocent pedestrians. Sad and avoidable.

Probably drunk, if tired and sleepy the driver would have stopped the first time the car got off the road

I usually try to stop such people........the way they are humble and cooperate, they probably think I'm an off duty law enforcement or I'm a viticm of their driving
