There was a stand-off between Traffic Officers and a PSV driver. Police officers stopped a driver for allegedly violating traffic rules. When they asked him to step out of the vehicle, he refused and locked all the doors. The officers tried to deflate the vehicle's tires, but were unsuccessful. They then placed a spike strip to stop him from driving away, but he drove over it and fled as passengers applauded. The driver risked though, the situation could have turned fatal with the PSV full of passengers on board
