THE DUCK SPINNING IN YOUR SCREEN ISN'T CHANGING DIRECTION. YOUR BRAIN IS CHANGING THE WAY IT SEES IT. Here's why it happens: What you're experiencing is called bistable perception, and it exposes something unsettling about how you actually see the world. Vision doesn't work the way we assume. Photons...

THEY TARGETED YOUR BRAIN LONG BEFORE YOU WERE BORN. Deep inside your brain is a tiny, pinecone-shaped organ. It's called the Pineal Gland. Ancient cultures called it the "Seat of the Soul." Mystics called it the "Third Eye." Modern science calls it the control center of your entire biological rhythm. It produces Melatonin (regulating your sleep). It produces Serotonin (regulating your mood). And when you are born, when you dream, and when you die—it produces DMT (the "Spirit Molecule"). The Pineal Gland has no blood-brain barrier. It absorbs everything in your bloodstream. And what does it absorb most? FLUORIDE. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is medical science. In 2020, a major scientific study published in the MDPI Journal confirmed: "The pineal gland accumulates significant amounts of calcium and fluoride, making it the most fluoride-saturated organ of the human body." When fluoride hits your pineal gland, it calcifies. It turns to stone. When your pineal gland is calcified: ⚠️ Your sleep is disrupted ⚠️ Your intuition is blocked ⚠️ Your energy levels drop ⚠️ Your connection to higher frequencies is severed In 1945, the US government began pumping synthetic fluoride into the public water supply. They told you it was "for your teeth." Have you ever asked yourself why a chemical that hardens your brain's most vital receptor is put in the water you drink, the toothpaste you use, and the food you eat? A population that is tired, sick, and disconnected is easy to control. A population with an active, decalcified pineal gland cannot be manipulated. They didn't just want your money. They wanted your frequency. The good news? The calcification is reversible. The human body is designed to heal itself when given the right frequencies and clean elements.

Your brain physically rewires itself every time you think a thought. Donald Hebb stumbled onto this principle in 1949 while studying memory formation in lab rats. He noticed something that should have been impossible: neurons that activated simultaneously began forming stronger connections over time, creating dedicated pathways where none existed before. Scientists called it Hebb's Law. The rest of us call it "neurons that fire together wire together." What Hebb discovered wasn't just a mechanism for learning. He had found the biological foundation of human transformation. Every habit, every skill, every automatic response in your body exists as a neural pathway carved by repetition. The route from your bedroom to your kitchen becomes a superhighway in your brain because you walk it every morning. The sequence of movements you use to tie your shoes becomes hardwired because you've done it thousands of times. But, this same process builds your personality. That tendency to check your phone when you feel anxious? Neural pathway. The automatic urge to argue when someone challenges your opinion? Neural pathway. The way you deflect compliments or seek validation or avoid difficult conversations? All neural pathways, strengthened every time you repeat the pattern. Your brain cannot distinguish between physical actions and mental habits. Both carve grooves in your neural architecture. Both become automatic responses when triggered. Both feel like "who you are" because they happen without conscious choice. But, most people spend decades accidentally building neural superhighways to behaviors they claim they want to change. You say you want to be confident, then practice self doubt every day. You say you want to be productive, then strengthen procrastination pathways by checking social media when work feels hard. You say you want authentic relationships, then wire yourself for people pleasing by avoiding conflict whenever it arises. The brain observes your actions and assumes this must be what you want. So it builds infrastructure to make these patterns easier to execute in the future. Neuroplasticity research reveals something most people find deeply unsettling: there is no "fixed self." The personality you think defines you is just a collection of neural pathways that have been reinforced more often than others. The pathways you travel most frequently become the widest roads. The thoughts you think most often become the loudest voices. The behaviors you repeat most consistently become your automatic responses. But the same mechanism that locks you into patterns can unlock you from them. Every time you catch yourself mid pattern and choose differently, you send a signal to your brain that the old pathway might not be serving you anymore. Every time you practice a new response instead of defaulting to the familiar one, you begin building new neural infrastructure. The process feels awkward at first because you're literally walking through mental wilderness, creating trails where no trails existed. But repetition turns trails into paths, paths into roads, roads into superhighways. This is why changing habits through willpower alone fails. You're trying to muscle through established neural superhighways instead of building alternative routes. The old pathways don't disappear just because you want them to. They have to be replaced through deliberate rewiring. The most sophisticated meditation practitioners in the world understand this intuitively. They don't just sit quietly hoping for peace. They systematically rewire their brains by repeatedly choosing calm responses instead of reactive ones. Ten thousand hours of practice creates neural pathways so robust that serenity becomes their default state. Professional athletes do the same thing with performance. They don't just practice their sport. They practice the mental patterns that support excellence until confidence, focus, and resilience become neurologically hardwired. The implications of neuroplasticity extend far beyond personal development. Every social bias, every cultural assumption, every automatic judgment you make exists as neural wiring built through repetition. The way you unconsciously categorize people, the assumptions you make about different groups, the stereotypes that feel "obviously true" are all learned pathways that can be unlearned. Societies change when enough individuals rewire their neural patterns around new ways of thinking and behaving. The brain you have right now is not the brain you're stuck with. It's the brain you've trained through repetition. Every thought you choose, every action you take, every response you practice is a vote for the kind of neural architecture you want to build. Most people cast these votes unconsciously, then wonder why their life feels automatic and unchangeable. The moment you realize you're the architect of your own neural patterns is the moment real transformation becomes possible. Your neurons are firing right now as you read this. What are you choosing to wire them toward?

this is the worst local ai will ever be. it only gets better from here. if you are not expanding your mind with these small models you are missing what's happening right now 99 percent tool call success rate. when steered well with the right skills and a framework like hermes agent the node becomes a cognition layer. not a chatbot. not a toy. an extension of how you think. i was cranking this node at 35 to 50 tok/s all day on personal experiments and now after all the work is done qwen 3.5 9B is iterating on its own code. the game it created. fixing its own bugs autonomously. and the part you should probably not miss is that all of this is happening on a RTX 3060. not an H100. not an A100. the card most of you have sitting in a drawer right now. if you just open that drawer and put that intelligence to work every tensor core on that card should be running for you. your work. your experiments. your thinking. you all have it but because nobody told you what this hardware can actually do in 2026 you never tried. the day it unlocks is the day you test your workload, understand the tradeoffs, debug the loops, and then decide if you need to scale the hardware. there is no point buying 3 mac studios when things done well you can squeeze a similar level of intelligence from 9B compared to 70B. but only when you create the right environment for your model through the right harness. and let me tell you i have tried claude code as a local harness. i have tried opencode. i have tried various others. somehow i landed on hermes agent and never left. there is something magical going on at Nous Research. the tool call parsers, the skills system, the way it handles small models natively. nothing else comes close for local inference. own your cognition. your AI. your agent. your prompts. your experiments. why give them away for free. those are who you are and they don't belong on someone else's servers being monitored. just give it a shot with your existing hardware. you run into a problem the community will help you. and if you are migrating from openclaw to hermes i will personally help you make the switch.

Walking in the rain is one of the purest freedoms that we forget among the concrete walls of modern life. When you get bored of the noise of the city, the blue light of the screens and the tiredness of the hustle and bustle, this cool invitation that the sky presents to you will revitalize your soul. The first moment you step outside, drops fall on your face. You first feel a slight surprise, then a deep sense of relief. Rain is the cleanest sink in the world; Every drop eases the burden on your shoulders and wipes the dust from your heart. Getting wet is no longer scary. On the contrary, integrating with water and being a part of nature gives you incredible power. The wet sound of your shoes rings in your ears like a rhythmic melody. The puddles sparkling in the light of the street lamps are like stars on the ground. With each step, you surrender to the flow of life. Walking in the rain is also a meditation. You put your phone in your pocket and take off your headphones. Only the sound of the drops and your own footsteps remain. Your thoughts slow down and your mind becomes clear. Many great ideas, poems and decisions were born precisely on such wet walks. The next time you're watching the rain from the window and a voice inside you says, "Get out," don't stop. Open the door, take a deep breath and smile at the first drop. Don't be afraid of getting wet. The rain is waiting for you; To make you stronger, lighter, more alive. Because walking in the rain is the wettest and most beautiful way to say "yes" to life. #nature #rain

Marcus Freeman said, "You can't talk your way into winning a National Championship. You can't talk your way into being a Hall of Famer...You got to work and you got to constantly focus on improvement." You have to show up and do the work. Your work ethic is something that you can control. • It means competing. • It means committing. • It means showing up consistently. People see success, but they don't see the hard work and preparation it takes. 5 Steps to Improve Your Work Ethic and Focus: 1. Be Intentional About How Your Work - Show up every day with a clear purpose on what you will prepare and why. Think about the quality of your practice, the details, and reflect on where to focus most. This approach ensures your working towards improvement and growth. 2. Show up Committed Every Day - Don't just participate, show up, and commit. It means compete and choose to go above-and-beyond every day. Have a positive attitude and dedicate yourself to what you are doing. When you're focused, present, and engaged that is when growth starts to happen. 3. Be Consistent - You have to be consistent with your habits and work ethic. It means committing to the process of improving and putting in the time. Success doesn't happen overnight, it's the result of consistently showing up and doing the work day in and day out. 4. Prepare Mentally and Physically - This means think about your physical and mental state when you are practicing and when you will perform. Understand what environment allows you to perform your best. Use mindfulness to think about the connection between your mind and body. 5. Create a Plan for When Obstacles Arise - Don’t just imagine the great outcome, visualize what may stop you from reaching it. Prepare for the obstacles. Write them down and plan how you’ll overcome them. This keeps you prepared and resilient when challenges come your way. Takeaway: Talent can you get you into many rooms, but it's your work ethic, focus, and attitude that keep you there. - - - The video comes from Marcus Freeman's interview with Pivot Podcast. You’re on a journey on this kind of lonely road with your car and your car suddenly develops a fault, You can’t call for help and your lines can’t be reached due to network issues, what do you do? Except the car will stop and the engine won’t come up again, please reduce your speed and accelerate softly till you get to a nearby town, if it is an overheating issue, keep driving, put the gear in the neutral position and switch off the engine and let the car keep moving, switch it back on when you have to ascend a hilly road and the car can’t move freely on its own again. If the battery signal comes up while driving, chances are that your alternator has failed, or the alternator belt is damaged, apply the same method and switch off your AC, radio system or anything that may drain the battery while driving till you get to a safe place. If it is a flat tyre, maintain a low speed till you get to a safe place to change and use your spare, keep moving. Yes!!! Damage that tyre till you get to a safe place, just keep moving and make sure you have a spare tyre always and it is in a good condition. If the engine suddenly goes off on top speed, chances are that a fuse is damaged and this is why I will make a thread on how to identify different fuses and how to have them fixed temporarily in case of Emergencies. If your car jerks or experiences a lazy movement while driving, it’s likely to be a fuel related issue, fuel pump most likely, switch off the engine intermittently and put the gear in Neutral position, keep moving… if the fuel pump rests for about 5mins, it’ll pick up back when you ignite the engine, this will/may at least take you to a safe place or where you can have access to network to make calls. If you hear strange sounds like knocking sounds or the oil signal starts to blink, relax and reduce your speed, keep moving. Manage it till you get to a safe place or can have access to network. If your gear/transmission system isn’t selecting well, apply the same method, reduce your speed but keep moving, slow movement is better than no movement, your life and safety matters a lot. Please note that there are some Mechanical issues that nothing can solve on the road except patience and just to pray to God for safety and help, for example, you run into a pothole unknowingly and the oil pan hits the road and your engine or gear oil leaks away, or your ball joint or tie rod head pulls out, I’ll suggest you leave the car there, roll up your windows and lock up the car and start trekking till you get network or help, staying with the car may make you vulnerable to attacks or attract unexpected company, just keep walking away from the car for safety. Most importantly, please stay safe and be conscious of your environment. Be friendly with your Mechanic too or any Mechanic you see on the road. Don’t manage faults in cars and risk traveling with it.

Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.
