The eclipse in Ibiza. 🌒 🎥 credit: The Ibiza Concierge Services

If I’d ever had the money I would’ve flown to see eclipses. After being here in Cornwall for the 1999 total eclipse, I was hooked. It’s an amazing thing.

Not once in a lifetime as there is another next year

It’s the moon in front of the sun. This is close to worshipping the thing. Stop.

Would it have been better to watch it in complete silence?

You’d think for once on a lifetime, they’d just switch their phones off. Besides that, spectacular!

if you watch it live from a screen on your phone while it is happening in front of you? You neednl to check into rehab or something.

And then there was this!

Niiiiicccceeeeeeee

Would have been amazing to see in person.

The Sun, the Moon, and the Earth continue their eternal dance, indifferent to human presence , and yet, the human being cheers and feels awe, perhaps because, for a few minutes, they feel that they are part of something far greater than themselves, something they cannot control.

Well I didn't expect to have a spiritual experience and cry my eyes out at 7.45 in the morning but here we are. I'm so grateful I found this !!!

Beautiful

Eclipse in Ibiza

They do everything better.

🤩🤩🤩

Thing moves in front of other thing. People like it when things move in front of other things. But not at a queue I discovered.

Hope the played little bad girl at the same time

it's beautiful

WTF are these fools clapping at??? I saw a full solar eclipse in the 70s. I was a kid. It goes dark. Nothing to "clap" at!

That would have been some party for sure !

Retarded where was the moon? Are we looking at the dark side of the moon now?

Nice looking 👌

those Ibiza bitches really know how to throw a party

Is it per chance or design that we as humans happen to live in a time when the apparent size of the Moon in the sky covers the Sun almost precisely. In a 100mil years that wont be the case anymore as the Moon slowly drifts apart. But here we are ! 🌕🌑

Looks like a glowing jaffa cake
