This is very true. AI integration is both hard and necessary for companies. And AI-native junior employees can drive this adoption. Earlier this year Aaron Levie explained with martin_casado on the a16z podcast how AI fluency is one of the most powerful skills a new grad can have. The real value comes from knowing how to make AI work inside an organization. Most companies, both large and small, are slow to adopt new technology. They need people who can explain what AI can do, show them how to use it, and help them move faster. If you are fluent in AI, you can be that person. You can walk into a company, spot the areas where AI can save time or create new opportunities, and make it happen. That is a wedge into your first job and a way to stand out from everyone else.

If you do nothing else today, do yourself this one huge favor: turn on the Codex Chrome extension. It's surprisingly fast, but the speed is not the point. The point is, if you're a knowledge worker, you can have Codex perform routine browser tasks for you. It frees you to do higher value work. I've used it every day at work. Is AI officially becoming RACIST? 🚨🚨🚨 It would appear so… Various AI models are now dictating which human lives they deem “most important” Pakistan, India, and Nigeria have scored at the top, and the UK, and United States have scored dead last. Why is AI categorizing the value of human life in the first place, and on top of that, why is AI coming to that conclusion based on where you are from? It appears that these models are being programmed to view humans differently based on WHO is programming the AI… I can think of thousands of ways this can be used against us. This is freaky as hell, and creating a SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS precedent.

Can Freen talk about remaining true to yourself as time goes by? I feel the society consumes/takes over me. It's normal. Being part of the society, we consume this and that. In the end... you have to reflect on who you are, what you're doing, and what makes you happy / unhappy. In the end.... you have answers for yourself if you talk to yourself a lot. The society can consume you... but you can dictate / choose everyone concerning yourself, yeah?

For some of us alcohol is an escape from uncomfortable feelings that we have about ourselves, or an escape from just feeling uncomfortable in the presence of others. The true work in sobriety is about being comfortable as yourself. When you start to genuinely like and accept who you are, you no longer want escape yourself or create someone new to serve others. Anyone that’s on this journey , I just want to reassure you that if you put the work in, really start to better yourself, really start to understand what it is you feel uncomfortable about yourself , as your self-esteem and self-respect grows so will your ability to truly be yourself and not care who likes the true version of you, because you like yourself and that will be enough.
