Once again, without reviewing any progression in the case, the judges granted another ten-day remand, which proves that the judges and the judicial system have completely failed to deliver justice. These institutions, which claim to represent justice, are actually demolishing the justice system. They were originally established to uphold justice, but they are now utterly failing. These judges have no integrity—whether it’s out of fear or because of rewards they may have received. The Pakistani judicial system has entirely collapsed, and in its place stands a rule of injustice. We have always made it clear that our struggle is for the implementation of justice. We demanded that missing persons be brought before the courts. Whatever the state is doing to the Baloch people should at least go through the legal system, there must be legality. But instead, the justice system itself is being weaponized against us as a tool of repression. This is not just injustice against us: it is a tragedy for the entire Pakistani judicial system.
