Meta just beat Apple at their own game with their new VR glasses. This thing looks INSANE. It's just a pair of glasses, and it's years ahead of competitors. It's finally getting to the point where we'll be able to use AR/VR wearables without looking like Star Trek cosplayers.

Snap’s $2,200 new AR glasses ship this fall. alex 🏴‍☠️🇺🇸🇺🇦 says they look like "birth control glasses.” @jason argues “AR is 100% the future, VR is dead.” The Specs have to cost under $1,000 and stop looking like the Google Glass before anyone wears them out of the house.
