Loving this; I explain to parents: in the birth process, babies donโ€™t come out of the birth canal like a torpedo (straight), the skull is compressed first, then we spiral out (like a TB touchdown pass)-which is a mechanical cause of reflux, colic, constipation, allergies; btw-DNA is a spiral; in the embryologic dev of -arms & legs migrating cells would have to make short twists & turns (spirals of internal & external rotation) to form joints; the heart forms as tube which twists & turns; the gut grows & elongates outside the body, then twists & turns to situate heart/stomach/spleen/rectum on L & liver/appendix on R
