A very simple action scene shot correctly: 1 - Actors always in focus 2 - Scene is cluttered and yet blocked in such a way to have actors clear against the environment 3 - Camera never shakes except when kicked by Scorpion 4 - Cuts only when Cage is hit, never when Scorpion, giving rhe idea that Scorpion is barely getting hurt. 5 - Choreography and camera movements were measured and decided accurately, you can't waste film 6 - The light is behind the actors, but no glare or lens flare makes the actors perfectly visible 7 - The light is strong as it should be 8 - Cage is on the right and Scorpion in the left, in every shot. For a One Way restriction to be enforceable, there must be a visible sign. Example, the No Entry symbol as prescribed by the Nigeria Highway Code. So on this case, the FRSC is wrong and they have no case here and the FRSC officer is not acting professional here.
