ABC News photojournalist Chris Plater, a witness to the scene after two National Guardsmen were shot in D.C.: "One person said something like, you know, man, the guy went up there and started shooting at the National Guard. I didn't get to talk to him, but I didn't get to, you know, know who he was. But it seemed like he suggested that somebody went up and started shooting at the National Guard." "One National Guard was lying on his side. They were rendering aid to him. He wasn't moving, but he was on his side. And then I looked at the the other National Guard member that was down, and I saw compressions going on. I, you know, it was -- it was a lot of people around there. So I don't think it was the person that had done the shooting. And all I could tell you is that I identified two National Guard members that were being worked on. Eventually, the one National Guard that was on the side, he got to move a little bit while he was on his side. And they were still, you know, kind of, you know, working with him. But the other national Guard member, I just saw compression going on with him in the chest area, and that's that's all I can tell you."

Man explains how celebrating his birthday got him into the pr!son and his experience there💔💔 According to the guy, he loves to celebrate his birthday but he doesn’t really have much then so he just took some of his guys out to catch fun at a club and they unconsciously buy what he can’t afford like it exceeded his budget so when it was time to make payment it led to an argument between him and the manager then the called the police on him and took him to court.

Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

When John Wall lost his mother it was the lowest point in his life. Just as his career was surging he’d torn his Achilles, & to top it off his mother was battling breast cancer. She’d gone from 5 AM wake ups and trips to TJ Maxx to bedridden. John asked was she ready to go, & she told him “I’m tired of hurting… tired of fighting”. They gave him some peace, but he was still broken. His first son was born around that time. He couldn’t check out, & he finally admitted… “I need help”.
