The problem is that one of Iran's most important remaining nuclear facilities is believed to be buried too deep for even America's most powerful conventional bunker-buster bombs to reliably destroy. That has led some analysts to discuss a possibility that until recently would have been almost unthinkable: a U.S. tactical nuclear strike.
