The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) has been used to unconstitutionally spy on American citizens. Today in House Judiciary GOP 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸, we discussed ways to reform FISA, but I pointed out we must also reform or repeal other constitutionally flawed statutes and executive orders.

Throughout my time in Congress, I've worked with Members of both parties to reform Section 702 of FISA. We may not agree on much, but we do agree on this very important constitutional protection: if you want to spy on American citizens, get a warrant.
