A lot of potential breakdowns happen when someone smells or sees or hears something while in the cab. Can’t replace that.

You have to be at the jobsite. Your need to be able to hear what is going on. Co-ordinating with other contractors, see the dirt up close, watch for hazards (did I just scrape an unknown pipe), the list goes on
