This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are still some bugs, but here’s the first preview. Here’s a quick breakdown: - The four inputs are sent to LLMs with precise instructions to generate: first, prompts for images and image modifications; second, prompts for animations; third, prompts for generating music. - All voices are generated from the text and timed precisely, as they determine the length of each animation segment. - The first image and video are generated to serve as the title, but also as the guide for all other images created for the video. - Titles and subtitles are also added automatically in Comfy. - I also developed a lot of custom nodes for minor frame calculations, mostly to match audio and video. - The full system is a large loop that, for each line of text, generates an image and then a video from that image. The loop was the hardest part to build in this workflow, so it can process either a 20-second video or a 2-minute video with the same input. - There are multiple combinations of LLMs that try to understand the text in the best way to provide the best prompts for images and video. - The final video is assembled entirely within ComfyUI. - The music is generated based on the LLM output and matches the exact timing of the full animation. - Done! For reference, this workflow uses a lot of models and only works on an RTX 6000 Pro with plenty of RAM. My goal is not to replace humans, as I’ll try to explain later, this workflow is highly controlled and can be adapted or reworked at any point by real artists! My aim was to create a tool that can animate text in one go, allowing the AI some freedom while keeping a strict flow. I don’t know yet how I’ll share this workflow with people, I still need to polish it properly, but maybe through Patreon. Routine suggestions I sent to an MLB player l've worked with this month (explained) Since this video, he has really started to understand spacing, direction, and getting in the ground to make that “one move” feeling to the ball instead of having a bunch of steps that lead to disconnection and direction taking him off of the ball. He's now in a place to be adjustable to create maximum room for error, a lot more backspin, and more efficient simple moves that are leading to more in-game success. This is the work I consistently do for my one-on-one clients. it really helps simplify hitting and make the work very easy to attack.

On this day, 52 years ago, John Cassavetes' "The Ki!!ing of a Chinese Bookie" (1974) was released in the USA. John Cassavetes explaining why he made the movie: "'A Woman Under the Influence' (1974) was the first picture I’ve had anything to do with that wasn’t made out of plain, simple feeling, but rather out of a real desire to do something in my profession. It was extremely frightening for me not to come to work out of enthusiasm and instead put myself up as something of a craftsman. Earlier films such as 'Shadows' (1958) and 'Husbands' (1970) grew out of personal experiences reaching all the way back to my childhood days. They were expressions of my innermost feelings, and now that I’ve dealt with all that, I feel obligated to view life in other terms. I want to explore other areas of human and artistic experience. Charles Kanjama: It is a groundbreaking ruling because it is breaking new ground. It is a ruling that, in my view, takes the country a bit backwards on issues of public participation. Personally, I am a bit disappointed on that issue, and I feel that on some of the other aspects that were dealt with by the court, there was a tendency to disregard part of the evidence that was there to challenge. I feel that this groundbreaking judgment of the court had a number of missteps that need to be addressed when the matter goes to the court of appeal #CitizenMondayReport

Thinking about the 250th year of the United States... why does it blow me away? It's the closest thing to utopia that has taken place in all of humanity. People came from all over the world because it was a refuge and a land of opportunity. To have this mix of people come together and experience freedom and order at the same time—to work well and create opportunity together—is incredible. But it requires us to ask: How does the rule of law balance with compromise to reach an agreement for the greater good? On this 4th of July, these are my reflections. He knew how to live life to the fullest despite the constant danger and uncertainty we lived with. I feel like I lived 10 lifetimes with him, each one better than the previous. It was one of the great privileges of my life to share space and time with John.

I don’t personally agree with some aspects of this video based on my own experience, but I thought it was useful to reflect on. I’ve found deep content in becoming a family man that nothing else has compared to. While I do strive to provide more for my family and remain present and nurturing, it is not out of a desire to seek freedom or anything else of that nature. Service to others beats service to self in how it feels 100% of the time, but it is also important that you do not pour from an empty cup. A balance must be struck. Something my mentor told me awhile back has stuck with me since. Depressed = Deep Rest. I definitely tried to maintain that permanent state of contentment with drugs in the past, it does not work. I absolutely agree with that. The body will always find homeostasis.

So I was watching a Newsnation clip right now.....and I noticed something, that I have NOT seen before. The NEST camera was WIRED and it does tie into the doorbell of her older home!! Mine is a RING camera, and it too is powered and tie to the original wiring of my home doorbell!! I clipped this, and paused the video and circled with my mouse the actual green wire from the doorbell system from inside the home!!

Lately I’ve been working on sci-fi styles with a retrofuturistic, industrial, post-human aesthetic. I develop the concept art in Midjourney and then animate it with Grok Imagine, which, with the right prompts (not easy), works really well, with that procedural and melancholic feel. Then I create music in Suno to match that atmosphere, and well, judge for yourselves, but I absolutely love this.

Created this video in just 20 minutes. One thing I've noticed with HyperFrame + Claude is that if you understand the technical aspects of video creation, it's much easier to generate the results you want. For this video, I simply asked it to create a storyboard-style whiteboard animation with a handwritten effect and a hand appearing as it writes, while explaining the concept I wanted to cover. If I don't explicitly mention the storyboard/whiteboard style, I'll end up prompting over and over again and still won't get the video I'm looking for.

"I fly internationally. Nowhere else in the world are you asked to switch off your phone on a flight. Nigeria is so backwards." 1. I made this video myself on an international flight today. This flight was not heading from or to Nigeria. The instruction was clear: SWITCH OFF YOUR PHONE. In fact, it insists that before switching off your device, you must place it on flight mode and turn off connectivity. For ALL devices. The funny thing was that I met some Nigerians on this flight. Neither they nor the other international passengers complained about this instruction. EVERYBODY COMPLIED WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS, and nobody thought that it was backwards. 2. The boarding process experienced a hitch, and ALL passengers, regardless of the class of ticket, were forced to take a long trek and use an emergency staircase to access the avio bridge. While it was not ideal, nobody resorted to violence. The Asian in front of me muttered under his breath to his young son, "I will file a complaint when we arrive. Such inconvenience." I keenly observed every detail of this flight, not because anything was new to me, but because I had to ensure to document this for the sake of those who come here to spread misinformation. 3. Before I forget, my initial flight out of Nigeria a few days ago, the pilot said these words, "Switch off all mobile devices and your phones are not to be used for the duration of this flight." It was an almost 6-hour flight filled with Nigerians. I did not hear a word of protest. We flew 6 hours without using our phones. An international airline, one of those said to be more advanced while we label ourselves "backwards." Sure, the goal is to be among the world's best, not the worst. The message, however , to be patient with our own and comply with instructions when given, so long as they are in line with the regulations. Never allow people to gaslight you. We must get better, and we will.

When I saw the mask "Tribes of the Calf" from Kanbas I knew I had to make it into reality. The jewelry and gold really made it stand out for me. Since Sam Spratt's The Masquerade was revealed, I have been spending time sculpting and dissecting the mask to recreate it in 3D as faithfully as possible. I delved into the creation of this mask for many reasons. I love a good challenge and this mask surely was one for me. Creating something in 3D from a 2D image is not easy, and especially when the source has generative nature, some stuff is hard to interpret, but I tried my best to make sure the visual integrity of the mask is as close to the original as possible. Splitting the whole mask into parts, filling the missing pieces so I can build the textures was quite a lot of work. I tried to present the mask in my own style with a slightly different colorway to adapt to the mask itself. Please enjoy this short animation, and turn on sound🔊 This piece is my statement that I am here to stay. That I have a voice that often feels being lost in the void. That I have been creating and posting digital art for over 20 years now and will continue until I'm gone. I have a story to tell and I want to be heard. The space we have here is small, and is shrinking day by day. It doesn't have to be like that. We need to support each other and push ourselves and people here, otherwise we are all doomed. As Kanbas has put in their observation of the mask: "Inspirational. Emotional. Natural." This is what our space can be, and this is me making a statement with this homage. That I have been creating and posting digital art for over 20 years now and will continue until I'm gone. I have a story to tell and I want to be heard. The space we have here is small, and is shrinking day by day. It doesn't have to be like that. We need to support each other and push ourselves and people here, otherwise we are all doomed. Honored to announce my MBA graduation from the University of Aberdeen! I am thrilled to share that I have completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Aberdeen , graduating with Commendation. It is a privilege to earn a degree from one of the most respected universities and business schools in the UK and around the world. This achievement represents a personal milestone, marked by countless late nights and sacrifices. Balancing a demanding job, family life, and social commitments while pursuing this degree was a significant challenge, but one that I am incredibly proud to have overcome. The journey was not easy, but it was absolutely worth it. For my final MBA project, I focused on a topic that combined my technical background with my new business knowledge: “Design and Simulation of a Smart Container Door Alert System Using Hybrid Connectivity for Maritime Logistics Security.” In simple terms, I designed a system to make sea containers more secure. Check the video for more info. This project was inspired by my work with two great companies, Milaha and Meeza, and it aims to solve real-world problems in the logistics industry. My career has been built on over 20 years of technical experience in IT and Security, where I had the opportunity to lead strong teams and manage critical operations. This MBA was a deliberate step to transition from a purely technical role to a management position. I believe that to truly support a company, it is essential to understand the business side of things, not just the technology. This journey would not have been possible without the incredible support of my family. I am deeply grateful to my father and mother for their prayers, and to my wonderful family , for her unwavering support and encouragement. Werner Herzog explains how he got the inspiration to write his debut feature film, 'Signs of Life' (1968): "Whilst in Greece I walked around the mountains of Crete where I came across a valley. I had to sit down because I was sure I had gone insane. Before me lay 10,000 windmills - it was like a field of flowers gone mad - turning and turning with these tiny squeaking noises. I sat down and pinched myself. I have either gone insane or have seen something very significant indeed.' Of course, it turned out that the windmills were for real, and this central image became a pivotal point of the film, a land- scape in complete ecstasy and fantastic madness. I knew as I stood there that I would return one day to make a film. Had I never seen the windmills, I would not have made the connection between this fantastic landscape and the von Arnim story, which I read only later on. In Signs of Life there are long shots of the incredible landscapes of Crete. The opening credits, for example, hold for an unusually long time with a single shot of a mountain valley. It gives you time to really climb deep inside the landscapes, and for them to climb inside you.
